We have been using Asana for the last three years without any major issues. It helps us to plan, monitor and organize our daily to do list in very effective manner. The paid version has some excellent features like custom labels/tags. It very great tool for remote teams to collaborate and aslo it seamlessly integrates with other products very well.Asana can be customized to fit various projects and aslo customer support is very helpful.

Because we put everything into Asana, it can occasionally be difficult to find files. But fortunately for us the search feature can be helpful in relocating things.

Asana is our key project management tool that we use to keep track of all our projects and tasks. We use it extensively for team collaboration on various projects within different departments. It is easy to assign different task to team members. Easy to create project board or use the ready templates. The calendar feature works well and they have excellent customer support team.

Nothing for now. It has been a good experience for the last two years of usage.

En esta bandeja llevamos y organizamos tareas y errores que pueden programarse y llevar un control de los pendientes. Como uso principal llevamos y reportamos errores que se presenten en la plataforma.

Actualmente se hace un poco engorroso el tema de poder identificar algunas tareas en las bandejas principales o proyectos asignados. Es decir, visualmente puede ser confusa la información que nos aparece.

Es de nuestras herramientas principales. En esta dependiendo el proyecto dentro de la organización se crean tareas y se llevan con el equipo en cargado. Ejemplo: Yo me encuentro en el área de soporte técnico del software y a través de asana reportamos a través de tareas en Asana los errores que se presentan, de esta forma asignamos el proyecto, el área y fechas de entregas para que puedan ser solucionados.

Assigning tasks to team members is easy as well as there is ability of seeing what they are doing since they start to completion .Offers multiple views such as board, views,list,tables and chart.Integrate very well with other popular tools like Google Drive,Dropbox etc.Its availability is both on mobile app,computer and Web based which allow one to have access of their tasks and projects from anywhere.Not forgetting how it's interfaceis intuitive ,easy to navigate making it usable even for people with low IT skills.

This tool is extremely well designed only that the price is abit higher especially for a big team.

What i like best about Asana is the ability to organize and manage my Daily activities with ease.
