I was very pleasantly surprised at how straightforward the implementation was. Our account manager Eli did a fantastic job walking us through the setup process and sharing useful recommendations based on her experience. Platform administration has also been very easy, and Tribe has proved very effective in activating our user base.
We did receive some feedback from users that the platform could have been more intuitive, particularly in the way content is aggregated / displayed on the news feed.
We are primarily using it for employee engagement, and it has been fantastic. The customizable, automated leaderboard was a major contributing factor in our decision and so far it has paid off since we finished the implementation a couple of months ago. Overall, I've been very happy with Tribe.
The flexibility of the platform is great. When it comes to content structure or design, you can get creative. I also really enjoy the additional apps available on the app store as well as the amazing team behind Tribe. The team is super responsive and great in thinking along.
I wish there was a better build in analytics tool. However, with their webhooks, api and integrations with some tools like Amplitude they do give good alternative solutions for this.
There was a Facebook group of Pipedrive users created by one of the users in the past. We saw a need for our users to meet-up, connect and learn from another. However, the search on Facebook is bad and it's just one endless feed of information. With the Tribe platform we can beautifully split up posts and discussions with specific topics or even in specific channels.
We are from financial services domain and were in search for a software solution to create client community where we can give access to a useful pool of content and allow them to ask questions, submit answers, connect with each other and have intimate discussions in subgroups. Tribe offered all of these with an easy to use interface and we were able to go live within a week that included moderate customization of the platform.
They don't have a mobile app, but their native integration with popular mobile messaging apps solves the issue to a larger extent.
Our goal was move to an efficient and interactive way of customer communication which would keep our clients engaged and connected with our services. We are definitely witnessing better response from the clients and their satisfaction has also increased.
Our community is a space to provide feedback on our products and to foster a direct line of communication between our users and the product team. What we like about bettermode is that we can use the different spaces in the tool to ask questions, create forums, post ideas, hence attending the different needs of the purpose of our community.
Somethings we have to do manual,- like adding users to a group of spaces- and at the moment we would need to scale the community this might become complicated.
It is the platform we use as a centralized space to ask questions and scale communication with our final users while they are providing feedback to our team.
The support I've received from the team has been exceptional, and I'm impressed with the platform's continuous improvement based on customer feedback.
While I find Bettermode's platform valuable, I hope to see the addition of essential features like webinars and a mobile app version soon. These additions would significantly enhance community building and provide more flexibility for users.
Bettermode's multi-language interface and translation features have been instrumental in fostering a global community, breaking down language barriers and enabling users from diverse backgrounds to connect and collaborate seamlessly.

Não há o que eu não goste, mas há pontos de melhoria, como: Disponibilizar a tradução já no básico e disponibilizar relatório para acompanhamento de campanha de indicação dos membros comuns.
Tinhamos uma solução própria de perguntas e resposta, mas bem restrito. Com a plataforma, conseguimos conectar clientes e não clientes de todo o país e oferecer muito mais que um simples fórum de perguntas e respostas.
My experience with Tribe has been one of adaptive ingenuity and innovation. The staff is constantly offering updates and add-ons in response to feedback. Their customer service is excellent, (except on the weekends😎).
My only issue is that they are closed on weekends.
They are supplying a platform that I need, I need IT support that has nothing to do with their services.
Tribe is the easiest, simplest way to launch a community for your brand. They have removed the technical hurdles to allow coaches, consultants, and freelancers to thoughtfully host a vibrant community of supporters, clients, and prospects.
With its ease comes limitations - there are very few ways to make it "yours", other than changing brand colors and graphics.
I have been able to implement a Community-building tool within minutes (totally customized within hours), rather than spending days, weeks, or months overseeing a custom solution.
