The overall experience of using BigMarker is what I enjoy the most. I like the way the backend operates as a presenter and I like what my audience gets to see and how they get to experience what I am presenting. I have used a lot of tools for meetings and also webinar and I always return to BigMarker for the Webinars that I want to make a real statement with. Aside form. theuser experience and visual design. I like that I get to have my own channel that I can use to share valuable content and establish credibility.
There have been times with participants with lower bandwidths attempt to join and express challenges. But this was very early on when I was using the tool. I have not heard that expressed in a long time.
The problem I am solving is being able to lead quality professional looking webinars and meetings in a way that takes the pressure off my shoulders and places it in the hand of skillful design and automation.
Big Marker is the primary tool we use for webinars and training meetings. the process to set up the event , invite attendees, and follow up with participants is so simple because it's all automated.
I wish Big Marker's greenscreen functioned would allow us to shoe backgrounds more consistently. We found a workaround of using a different software as a virtual camera but if the tool scould work better for green screen that would be ideal/
my team needed a mature solution for running evergreen webinars and also making the email and follow-up process easy to set up. the other platform we used for live streaming relied on too many 3rd party apps to connect for email and event reminders. now e have a template that runs webinars very smoothly
Stable. Easy to use and to set up. It has a ton of features (so many that it can be overwhelming at first). It is polished - it makes us look really professional, especially when integrating with Automations and SMS, it really makes the whole solution feels solid. Reliable. Support is fast and friendly. They steadily improve the product.
Two years ago, there were some UX niggles, which have since been worked out. Some of my attendees with slower Internet connections often have poor experiences on BigMarker, but I am not convinced there aren't things they can do on their end.
We are a consulting and e-learning company. We hold our training and host webinar walk-throughs, one-off workshops. As a professor, I use Bigmarker's meeting space to help my students after hours. Automations and SMS help us improve attendance.
Big Marker has really helped me improve my business by providing so many features including polls, pre-loading slides and videos, branding, excellent support chat and ability to email attendees before and after a webinar. These are just a few of the things I love about Big Marker. It has an enterprise quality for a small business like mine.

Our internal workflow and business meetings can be handled efficiently with BigMarker. Different departments and different teams can come together. BigMarker is very reliable for us, if any problems with the internet or any problems with the webinar’s administrators do not cause any problems for other participants. This is a great feature for us. There is no doubt the webinar will go on until the administrator joins again. For our company, we used BigMarker for webinars with our clients located in different parts of the world, such as Japan, the Middle East, the USA and India, and it was difficult to ask them to download a desktop application to their PCs. Big Maker has solved that problem in a very efficient way, it can work with browsers very precisely. Customers can attend our webinars without needing any technical support from BigMarker. For us, with diverse types of customers on different continents, it’s an ideal solution. With BigMarker, our customers can attend our webinars with just a few clicks of the mouse.
We use BigMarker for creating webinars, the software offers a lot of features to create live events. We haven’t faced any technical problems during our webinars and their support team works very effectively.
With BigMarker people can easily join our webinars easily without need our help. Also, we can integrate BigMarker with Facebook and YouTube. We have struggled to manage recurring webinars in the past, but with Bigmarker has made it quite straightforward.
Ease of use and security. It did not take long to get going with Bigmarker and the support and training are excellent to maximize the use of the product. Security features are also very important to us.
I don't have any major complaints about the product since we started using it 2+ years ago.
It allows us to have quick, fast, secure and recorded meetings and to create snippets of content.
Probably the most feature rich out of any platform I have seen with six options in total including summit and evergreen webinars on top of the on-demand option.
Can take a while to learn all the features because there are so many with new ones being added.
Education, meetings and lead generation for business. Can test webinar evergreen feature as a new marketing strategy.
I enjoy the smooth ui and ux with the feature set. Everything is usable rather than a nick nack feature which I would not use.
The rooms are linked to the website rather than the user end. But, that isn't a big problem.

Its capabilities as a video conferencing tool are minimal. If you are looking for a Zoom replacement, this is not it.
Lead generation - Using the evergreening feature has enabled me to set up a webinar on-demand, which can generate leads on autopilot. The potential for upselling and cross-sell to qualified leads is immense.
Big Marker makes it easy for guests to join your webinar or sales presentation as there is no software for them to download. You merely send them a URL, and they are able to join! Prospective guests hate downloading extra software onto their computers or mobile phones. Additional software downloads contribute to more 'no-shows.'
So far, I haven't found anything I dislike about Big Marker. It does what I need it to do.
Big Marker helps reduce 'no shows' on sales presentations and webinars. The benefit is clear, the more attendees you have, the easier it is to grow your business.
