I liked several aspects, the tool brings a very pleasant experience in its use because it is simple and efficient. The interface is intuitive and access to resources takes place in just a few steps, making use very practical. There are many bugs which vary from device to device and needs to be solved and sorted for better and improved experience also several times calls gets dropped with weaker and unstable internet, there is huge scope for improvement.

Sometimes we are not able to join a conference call on time due to technical glitches, and often it get disconnected automatically this lead to content loss while attending important meetings.

Whenever I receive a phone call , in the middle of an on-going video meeting, I dislike that Bluejeans automatically puts me on speaker after the end of the call. This is by far my only annoyance with the Bluejeans video calling platform.

The web version of bluejeans is good so good. it was not as much as better than its OS and mobile platform support. It has quota limits for video conference connections . hangs frequently on low bandwidth speed. little more resources are required. Otherwise all are 👍

it was so easy to use and clean, i did not find any difficulty; the video was clear, and the sound was synchronized with the image. it was not heavy in terms of recharging
