This is more what I want to see in Close CRM: 1) Full reporting capabilities should be available at lower tiers 2) Ability to rotate phone numbers during the calling 3) Full integration with Linked In, especially having LinkedIn messages in CRM and running campaigns, sales navigator integration 4) Easy capability to merge and unmerge contacts of the lead 5) Ability to track URL clicks in emails - very important

My team has used many CRM's and 100% CLOSE is by far our favorite. It's user interface is AWESOME. Very simple to setup, great support, simple to integrate with other tech, LOVE the dashboards and contact profiles. They made it SO simple to connect email and get a number to text from. Also, its awesome you can use one number and your group can all use it! All the menu's are well designed and easy to navigate. Well done guys!

What sold me on Close is the dialer system. It actually lets you know when a number is not in service or has blocked my line. This is very helpful because at the end of my dial session, I can manually dial a lead from my cell phone and make a connection or I can look up their actual phone number and update their contact. Close is very easy to navigate , create client follow ups and even upload leads that I can merge lists together with ease. This is the main purpose for me using this system. It actually does so much more but I've not taken the time to learn all aspects of the services included. I would definitely reccomend to my collegues.
There is a funnel system you can setup to track sales and the process your leads are in but I haven't had the time to figure this out. It looks like you can also send mass emails but again, I think I just need time to figure out how to use all the capabilities. I wish I could send a mass text to all my leads to save time but it's not a feature.
Close helps me get through my dials in half the time it would take me to manually dial leads. It helps keep me organized and I always know what my follow up plan is for the next day.
As someone in tech sales, the user interface of Close is so simple yet robust and keeps me on track! I've used Hubspot and Salesforce before this and could never go back. Between the integrated calling, customized lists and automatic saving, I don't miss a beat. Their customer support is second to none and my questions/requests are always heard and responded to faster than I anticipate. I've tried to integrate Close through Zapier to Quickbooks to make a customized solution for my family business as well. I'm still working on that, but the support team has been doing their best to help me along the way!
To me, as an individual contributor on the sales team, there is nothing not to like about Close. I know that if I were looking for some more in-depth reports, those are a bit more difficult to run, but for what this offers on the front end, it's barely mentionable.
Close makes it so easy for me to start my day knowing exactly what I need to do. The built-in calling is also the best I've seen and helps me so so much more in less time!
Close has been a game-changer for me. The simplicity when using it, to breaking down pipeline management with Smart Views has helped me grow my business much faster than I ever anticipated. Not only am I able to centralise my leads in one place, but Close also helps me prioritise the most valuable leads in my pipeline which allows me to close more deals. I also LOVE the way I can integrate all of my email accounts, Calendly, Zoom and automation tools (Zapier/Make) for synchronised CRM management. Part of what I do is helping other businesses systemise their operations and CRM - with Close always being the one I recommend.
There isn't much I dislike, to be honest! But if I had to choose it would be that the mobile app could be better and ideally a bigger limit on the amount of email accounts you can connect. Other than that though it's great!
Close turns a chaotic process into one with clarity. I am able to manage the most important leads in my pipeline while seeing all communications in one place. In addition, it's ease of connecting to automation tools like Zapier make it very easy to automate the entire CRM which means no manual management so I can focus on the most important thing: Closing more sales. Without this my entire lead generation process and pipeline would be 1000 times more stressful and chaotic.
All-in-one CRM. Call, text, email, notes, workflows, and correspondence all in one place. It's organized and created to help companies of any size scale. Call quality is perfect, amazing support staff, how-to instructions, and there are tons of automation. The overall cost of the product is a value add. We use Close for everything in our business daily.
Pay-as-you-go Twillo pricing. I'd rather pay a set price for calls & texts.
Instead of paying for 5 different software I only have to pay for one. I can see all calls, texts, emails, and notes on the screen. Literally on the same page.
It's agile and it is a full-suite for Sales Managers and reps to house and efficiently keep track of their customers. It's by far the easiest CRM I've ever used that is intuitive and their customer support is amazing. They're actively bringing on new integrations and making managing multiple companies a breeze as well!
I haven't had a complaint yet to be honest!
