I like the fact that it's so easy to install and also integrate with our CRM system. Also, everything is in one place and the services it offers is incredible.
I can honestly say, there's nothing that I dislike at this time.
The fact that our calls are connected to our CRM system so we can call straight from our database rather than having to save numbers.
Our team recently adopted CloudTalk for our sales team. Its a great call software, much better than other tools I have used in the past. I LOVE the HubSpot integration they offer - a perfect integration for our other technology tools!
Its a bit tricky at first to get setup and start making calls. I think this is to be expected when learning a new system with some complexity to it. They do a great job of onboarding, but getting started with new software is always something you need to invest time to learn!
We mainly use it for our agency sales team attending meetings and making calls. Its direct HubSpot integration makes lead tracking via call data a seamless and easy process
Atendimento excelente, plataforma intuitiva, diversas integrações disponíveis, suporte eficiente e rápido. Sempre que precisei de ajuda com alguma dúvida ou adequação de processo eles estavam prontos para ajudar e me atender. O software de telefone também é extremamente intuitívo, bem tranquilo de ensinar para novos funcionários da empresa. Eles são flexíveis nas negociações e buscam entender o cenário do seu negócio e agregar, realmente, valor nele com o melhor pacote de soluções vs preço.
Até hoje não passei por nenhum problema com a plataforma, eles continuam evoluindo o software e acrescentando novas features, estou na expectativa de um serviço integrado com a API do Whatsapp, vai ficar bem legal ;)
Todos os números que temos na empresa são gerenciados pela CloudTalk, todo o nosso serviço de telefonia desde campanhas telefônicas para geração de leads até atendimento de SAC via ligação para acompanhar a satisfação dos nossos clientes pelo SAC, podemos fazer tudo isso sem a necessidade de mobilizar muito espaço físico com aparelhos telefonicos por exemplo.
I'm a sales rep at Hubspot for Latam, my customers are alwas trying to find easy and cost-effective ways to support their service and commercial teams, and Cloudtalk is by far the best communication platform and one of the few that works in most of Latam countries.
Well if they had whatsapp integration it would be perfect.

Si hay algo que destacar es a Diego que durante meses ha estado pendiente de nosotros e interesado en mostrarsos las ventajas con una comunicación fluida y constante por whatsapp sin importar reunirse a las 23:00 para ayudar con la configuraión, un gran profesionaly se nota buena persona, mucha fuerza para República Checa, muchas gracias por todo, estamos en contacto y que vaya genial. CloudTalk allows you to upload a list of contacts into a campaign and then you can start calling and it will automatically call the next number for you. It saves a ton of time and has helped my company set way more appointments than the software I was using before since way more numbers are getting dialed each day.
I wish that CloudTalk had local presence dialing so that every person I called would see a number that had their own local area code. That would increase the number of people answering outbound calls.
I am solving the problem of needing to connect with a lot of people quickly each day. Instead of needed to input or even click each number to be dialed I can just click next and CloudTalk will automatically dial the next number for me. It's awesome.
I started with Cloudtalk after working and using other phone systems. But the features and integrations cloud talk offers are amazing and seamless. We paired CloudTalk with HubSpot, and game over. Highly recommended.
Nothing to dislike. But it will be awesome to hear the voicemails right in the CT App, instead of in e-mail or CRM.
