I love how easy it is to create and send out emails! The choices for customization help me make my emails feel true to my brand. We also use the analytics quite extensitvely, especially the hot spots!
I wish there was the ability to directly edit HTML to get a little more customization, but the prebuilt block editor is still great!

Most of the issues have revolved around building the website (details) and blog site. Some around getting the email contacts forward moving. The benefits are that I have a great website, blog, and will continue to utilize the plethora of tools and technical persons available to me and my business. I know if I use what is available, my business will grow
There is no limit to the quantity of emails sent out and fair pricing.
I wish it were more integrating with Canva; current integration is limited.
Newsletters & keeping current clients engaged.
I like it's ease of use and the ability to create different kinds of campgaigns. I am able to make flyers, send attachments of written and video/audio components and it is really easy to make sure everyone is connected with the same information.
Sometimes the site is unavailable and it makes it hard to get my messages out when that happens, but I'm guessing the administrator gets the notifications and those don't always trickle down to the users.
I am able to keep my entire team in the loop and ensure transparency. It's so helpful to be able to create one thing and share it globally with different groups, depending on the campaign. It has been able to save me time in my work.

The staff at Constant Contact are always courteous and helpful. The upside of their courtesy and helpfulness is that they're professional and knowledgeable as well.
The only downside to using Constant Contact is my own ignorance about how to use Constant Contact; however, Constant Contact's employees encourage me to step out of my comfort zone and learn more about how to conduct my business.
I've learned to protect my computer from hackers with Constant Contact's help as well as focus on my business needs. Constant Contact's staff are invariably helpful and courteous as well as knowledgeable about their work.

I've been using Constant Contact for years as my primary e-blast software. It is easy to use and provides excellent information on customer engagement. There is nothing even close for the money.
Modern security software sometimes cause issues with reporting the clicks on the embedded links giving fales data.

I create press releases and always get excellent results from the media. Before, I could only send to 50 contacts at a time. Now I have a place to store all my important contacts and send a press release to a large group of journlists with the push of a button.
I am a graphic artist with my own company. As such, I need to deal with tech and customer support of all kinds—from Software to Vendor services. In other words, I am my own “IT department” and other things. The two best assets that go together, in my view is, A. Accessibility; real people respond every time, and B. There does not seem to be any gaps in understanding the issues, as one may experience dealing with a lot of off-shored support. If there are rare occasions where my issue can’t be “fixed” then and there, the CSR is more than willing to look for workarounds.
The automatic “Bot” that answers for the system making you jump thru certain mandated hoops to get to the right department. I understand why it’s there, but it’s a necessary, minor irritant, I think.
One example is how to create emails that are not as “spammy,” — there are some technical things that can be done directly in email creation to further the content, as well as steps to be done on the actual client’s (not CC) own site. I had to call for that recently.
