The primary "best" about CoverSight is the staff. They went out of their way to work with our team to gain understanding about our needs and delivered an amazing result. The reports ae clear and easy to read. they are able to provide metrics for our KPIs that we were not able to realize with our current WMS software.

The only negative that we found was due to our use of the product. We utilize the software not only for reporting, but also for inventory forecasting which added a level of complexity. We are not able to tweak the report without assistance, which the ConverSight staff is always willing to provide in a very timely manner. We love the product, we love the staff.

We have had a struggle with inventory forecasting and reporting for key metrics in the past. The reports provided by our WMS system were not comprehensive enough. Our WMS software did not meet our need with inventory forecasting as we distribute 7000 parts from a single vendor via 2 shipping channels. Our lead times for both channels are different, we needed safety stock as manufacturing times increased, and we were able to work with Conversight to help us realize our inventory levels. Now we have inventory forecasting that is specific to our situation and we have the correct parts in stock.

The custom dashboard, once created, is the fastest and easiest way to have instant access to all the information you need on a daily basis.

Learning how to "speak" to the program to get answers is the hardest part.

It has enabled us to track a purchase order (container) from conception to delivery to our door (overseas documentation). With the use of this information, I was able to take the process step by step, in segments, or all at once as the need arose, furthermore, I began to get creative with the information I wanted to see and included my purchasing budgeting dollars for the next three months.

The entire Conversight team has been great to work with. They are very responsive to any questions or suggestions that we have had. It is very apparent that the entire company has made the customer experience a top priority and one of the reasons why this has been so successful for us.

I wish the "ask Athena" option had the ability for a broader understanding. It seems you have to be very specific in your questions.

Conversight helped us solve our Production Scheduling issue. Prior to ConverSight it would take us hours to modify even the slightest change due to the complexity. We have been able to recapture hours out of the work week and this has enabled us to focus on other important tasks.

ConverSight.ai showed itself to be a very useful and robust product. It was able to supplement practically all of the shortcomings we found with our existing inventory management system, especially in the areas of reporting, forecasts and analytics. Their sales and support staff were phenomenal and very accommodating. They were even able to do specific customizations for us, with the fastest turnaround I have ever seen from a development team! With help from their support and development teams we were able to perfectly replicate the functions of our preexisting forecasting software, which allowed us to drop that forecasting software and just use ConverSight.ai for sales forecasts. This gave us all of the other insights and benefits that come with ConverSight.ai, while saving money at the same time! Over time ConverSight.ai will also help our bottom line by informing our marketing and growth strategies with excellent data and reports. We would recommend ConverSight.ai for any small or medium sized business, or any sized organization which doesn’t already have a dedicated data analytics team.

The Athena engine could learn a few more synonyms, but it's not a real problem.

It allowed us to expand our understanding of our sales and marketing trends and gave us a whole new set of capabilities in terms of planning and reporting. It also allowed for some efficiency gains in our accounting department with custom financial reports being easily created whenever the need arose.
