Duda is very user-friendly and you can create awesome websites even if you don't have a lot of experience, you don't need to know much about coding either. Customer support is very helpful and I really like the fact that you can prepare yourself with Duda University, I have been using Duda for over 6 months now and recently got my certificate in Duda website designer. Also, the webinars are great!

It's hard to set up a responsive website on each different screens size. I would love to have a way to edit on a large screen desktop (1400px or more), right now you don't have that option on general Duda editor, and even when it's on Duda Flex you cannot edit it independently. Hope they add this functionality in the near future. Anyways, I highly recommend it!

You don't need to be a coding expert to build great sites

What I love the most about Duda is how much is offered for the price. Most of my clientele are either individual, solopreneur types just starting with making their side hustle into something more viable or small businesses and organizations with limited resources and over-stretched employees. If you're like most small businesses that don't have the resources or time to hire a digital/web specialist or learn how to build and manage a website or all the other "digisphere" projects that are typically required for operating a business in 2021 (I.e., things like SEO, content strategy and creation, lead capturing, form building, digital invoicing, logo and creative asset creation, digital branding consistency, mobile optimization, and the list goes on -- Duda just makes the most sense. WordPress certainly has its strengths and offers a lot of flexibility, but its backend is poorly designed, dated, and requires a MUCH steeper learning curve and more tech-savviness, in general, to manage well. I can only speak to my own experience, but I've consistently been burned by or found that WP is more trouble than it's worth.

The only real downside I've run into with Duda is that it's still lacking in the amount of design control and flexibility provided. I'm mainly thinking about flexbox control and other animated elements or features when I say that. Aside from WP, I'd say Duda's biggest competitors would probably have to be WIX/Editor X/Velo and WebFlow. Both of those platforms presently offer a more comprehensive array of design controls than Duda. Still, I do understand that Duda is furiously working on the DudaFlex beta, and I, for one, can't wait to have access to it.

For most of my clients, the most common problem I solve for them is building them a refreshed or brand new website that solves for the vast majority of use cases that they require for their given customer base. Being a one-person (with the occasional contract freelancer) agency means that I'm often very stretched for project execution time. I'm a new "Agency" account holder with Duda, and so far, it's helping me to scale my business and stay more on top of my clients' needs. I can do this in fractions of the time it would take me to do so using WordPress.

I like site comments and e-commerce platform.

Communications! It has improved with my clients. Instead of sending 50 plus emails to my client. Site comments allows for quick changes. My turnaround time has shortened.

Duda is the ideal blend of drag-and-drop visual website builder combined with powerful content management features. If you simply begin with the beautiful templates and pre-designed sections, you can design a website that makes you proud and invites people to choose your business over the competition. Pages load fast and SEO is outstanding. I LOVE the ability to create pages that support the StoryBrand marketing framework. the Dynamic Pages features give me the flexibility I need to create theme and variation content and produce more content in less time. Easily integrates with our CRM and automation platform.

Managing pages in the admin interface are sometimes challenging depending on the browser. There's a lot packed into the backend that enhances Duda's functionality but the user experience could be improved. Duda sometimes focuses its development on improvements that are cosmetic rather than functional: We're still waiting for more robust improvement on global CSS when the dev team releases functionality for silly things like animations that are more for entertainment than professional use. eCommerce functionality could/should be more robust to make this platform best-in-class. As a template based-system, upgrading a website design could be cumbersome and time-consuming.

We sought out a visual website builder that could improve our site build time and make it easy and efficient for our clients to manage their website without requiring a lot of training. Our website development is more profitable and the websites we develop are more powerful than those we developed with open source solutions.

There's really nothing I dislike about the Duda platform. I've been designing websites since 2008 and I've used numerous web design services and don't think there's anything out there that's better than Duda,

Dud a is a simple yet powerful development tool! As an agency working mostly with small local businesses, we were looking for a quality alternative to Wordpress and Joomla! for our clients. With Duda, we found the perfect tool! So far, we have been able to develop and implement all features required by our clients along with a much simpler way to implement technical SEO. Their SSL execution is simple and fast, too. DUDA site are also very, very fast!!! Duda’s custom code is easy to implement when required as well. In particular, we had a project where the iframe was the only option – until one our interns tried using Jquery in some of these pages. Here are two examples: https://www.milfordchamber.org/business-directory and https://www.milfordchamber.org/networking-events. If you are looking for integration of Chamber Master with Duda, it works quite well! The store integration feature is very simple yet robust. I actually just added a page for selling gift certificates for a massage therapy local business, and it took only a few minutes! I love that that Duda uses the Ecwid platform. In fact, Ecwid actually offered to help with one of my Duda projects personally. To say that the customer support has been excellent is definitely an understatement! The Local Listings feature is also extremely helpful, and is a big plus for my local clients. I’ve also found this to be a lot less expensive than Yext. We are really excited about this new app. Finally, the localization feature is hands-down what we love the most! Being able to show a different popup based on new vs. returning customers, time since last visit, and their location is a huge asset.

The headings and text are not in the same widget. Not a big deal, but it would be nice.

Duda saves time, since there is no server maintenance, plugins or extension updates. Technical SEO is easy to implement, redirects included, site are very fast! No need to buy apps or plugin. SSL is part of the package, so there is no extra cost. Clients love the DUDA editor. Is is extremely easy to use! We get great feedback often. Since personalization and email integration is included, this saves time and money! Duda has all the marketing tools and the feature a local business needs. Period!

Easy to edit back end that my clients love and equally easy and beautiful front end. I love that you can edit each device separately to ensure everything looks good no matter what device visitors are using. I love that they are constantly updating widgets, themes, and updates so I can continually give my clients the best service possible.

I wish it had more plugins (podcasts, twitter feed, ad spaces). I also don't like that you have to buy separate pages for landing pages. I have hardly any complaints!

The time it takes me to create, edit, and launch a site has been totally expedited. I can easily teach my clients who aren't tech savvy how to edit it and allow them to feel empowered. It saves me so much time! I also love that they have predesigned templates and sections. I can easily use that as a starter for an idea and edit it to make it my own.

What I like most about creating sites on Duda is the simplicity of starting from scratch and getting a project done in record time. I also enjoy seeing all the new feature releases that I am then able to relay to my clients.

At the moment, creating custom web applications are still somewhat limited to my needs. I use another platform for client sites that require bespoke layouts and features. Though Duda is showing movement to address these weaknesses, it is still not where I am rely on it solely.

Partnering with Duda has allowed me to create faster and easier than ever before. This means that my agency is able to grow at a more stable pace while keeping with web standards and features. Management of clients and update request by clients is also more manageable and I am able to get them done in a timely manner because of the Duda dashboard.

I no longer have to deal with plugins, extra subscriptions, hacks, updates, etc that take up too much of my time. Plugin failures and site breakage creates alienation with our clients. Duda has eliminated this! We can build quicker and just as effective as Wordpress.

Would like more apps..only a few available currently.
