I like being able to have a conversation about an email with a colleague without having to send an actual email. It keeps everything organized.
Sometimes the way threads are collapsed together is annoying.
The benefits include being able to problem-solve emails from clients with colleagues before emailing clients and having it all in the same thread to stay organized.
Front allows you to efficiently classify emails. It is possible to comment, assign and share emails which saves a lot of time.
I find it difficult to read to know the reading direction of certain discussions
front solves the problem of lost mail due to employee absences. With the shared mailbox, it is easy to find emails.
I love that you can see if your email has been seen! Also, working as a team has been great to see how everybody can reach information through the whole team. I'm in charge of an urgent inbox during weekends and this feature and its different ways to be st up have been amazing and super helpful to our organization. Normally my google inboxes I never knew we could archive and this has been great in Front, to always keep it clean and fresh unless there are replies. :)
The issue is when it doesn't work, I was out for a whole day once, and working directly from google was horrible! I'm so used now to Front!
Managing big load of conversations, because we need to work as a team, well informed at all times
I love the feature that combines multiple boxes to be sent to individuals.
Everything is great. I have had no issue with any of the features of Front
I have had no issue with Front or any of it's tools. I had an issue logging in once and the support handled it very quickly.
Front was easy to train my team on and transition from our previous platform. It integrated well both with our in-house products and third-party integrations. As an admin, the in conversation messages logging makes troubleshooting rules and routing a breeze. Most of all, though, I enjoy that Front provides a much more conversational experience for our customers and an easy and intuative interface for users.
Sometimes the way that Frton threads or groups messages can be frustrating. For example, after sending an email to a group of customers experiencing a delay, Front will thread all of those message responses together, because they corespond to the same initiating email, which means they need to be manually separated and addressed. Aside from these small issues, we have found Front to ber ery intuative and easy to use.
Front is helping us provide conversational, multi-channel customer support. It helps integrate with our systems so that solving customer issues is more efficent, and support teams can communicate directly with other teams to resolve customer issues when needed. Front is helping us develop a help center and AI chat that is right-sized for our business needs.

What I love about Front is that it helps you to organize your date a lot! You can snooze and see everyone's email, allowing you to action what's needed at any time!

You do not need to have context about any matter, you can go directly to the e-mail to search for information, answer or ask for feedback.
I enjoy the all of the Front app. It's very efficient and easy to use and helps you to keep on of email chains.

The desktop application exhibits occasional operational issues and does not consistently function at optimal performance.
In a traditional email platform, there is typically no access to colleagues' emails or conversations. The remarkable feature of being able to tag each email and easily retrieve them, even if not authored personally, has significantly enhanced the organization of my work.
Actually, the best thing i like about Front is that we can communicate at multiple platforms from this single App at once. Like no need to log-into Gmail account ,easy to keep eye on business mails along with daily tasks simuntaneously. Moreover, its interface is Tech savy and easy to operate, perfect for begineer to industry experts. On the other hand, its integration is logically simple as well and easy to implement also. Last but not least, i use it daily and if i face any problem. Front's customer support is always there to assist me in real mean time with perfect possible soultion.
My overall experience with Front is great but like others humanly developed apps it have some cons as well. I would like if we can have different color themes in Front ,to make screen colorful to elevate the mood. Since i am Designer, so i would love to have this option in my using application. Moreover, i would like if we can use animated/gif type emojis as well which makes convos more interesting in case of expressing the mood with collegue if some situation occures.
Front is working as medium app for me to communicate with my supervisiors and projects managers while working everyday.
