Lots of different pre made elements with many settings that allow you to build the page you like, almost.
The settings are hidden in many different menus. There are responsive behaviors of the elements, but these are hidden from these controls.
Quick and easy editing of our web content.
Ease of connecting external sites and resources in one common place.
Complexity in creating drag and drop web pages.
I am able to achieve organizational goals by effectively managing all the marketing needs of our company.
I appreciate and use the SEO website scan, emails, and social media scheduling.
It doesn't do keyword research. That would be helpful. I'd also like to be able to edit HTML in emails. I would also love to have a content calendar, keyword planning system, and other features that help with managing content outside emails and social.
Automating emails and social posts. Learning what we can do to improve SEO.
I love how webpages seamlessly integrate with my automated marketing campaigns.
Creating multi-language pages is still mostly manual labour, cloning and editing each page separately.
With HubSpot CMS Hub, my company's online presence is one step closer to a one-stop shop solution
Speed - quick to load, quick to publish updates.
Can be a little difficult to edit design wise. It's a little clunky in this area and sometimes even code is needed for minor edits.
Our website load time is much faster. We are able to update and optimize our web pages quickly for better SEO and increased traffic. The HubSpot optimization notes are also convenient and help to make sure all the boxes are checked.
HubSpot is a well rounded suite of digital marketing tools for the modern marketer. We use HubSpot as our full website CMS as well as for email, marketing automation, and more. It works very well for our needs, even as a mid-large size business.
Not much! I would like if there were most robust ecommerce options meant for B2B. Also, better organization of website pages (to make a hierarchy) would be beneficial.
We are using HubSpot as our one stop shop for digital marketing. We can turn around pages edits quickly and easily and we see great customer engagement and lots of inbound leads.
I find scheduling pages for release to be super helpful, and the redirect settings as well. I also like how I can build pages so that the content team can edit them without having to touch any code.
I wish I could create a staging or sandbox site to test new pages and modules rather than having to test them directly on the production site. I also wish I could set a custom module as global navigation.
HubSpot CMS helps bridge the gap between the engineering and content team and allows us to collaborate more easily
hubspot is easy to learn and using it is pretty intuitive. creating new opportunities and tracking them is made easy, and overall it is visually easy to like this CRM
It seems to be lacking in the reporting capabilities, as some of the other CRM's that are more widely used
tracking and recording contact with clients. tracking and working upsell opportunities.
Simple user experience and good set of tools to plan and execute marketing activities.
Integration of website into the same platform is a bit of lock-in. Would prefer the freedom of Wordpress community.
Marketing automation / sales enablement and marketing KPI analysis with descriptive and flexible dashboard
Ease of use--you can get started using hubspot without much prior knowledge
There are still some integrations that I would like to see.
Tracking our prospects and delivering contextualized content.
The best parts of the CMS is It's easy to use, and you can quickly begin seeing the impact of your SEO. The User Experience is excellent. If you are not an advanced website developer, you can easily go in and start building a website on the level of Wix or SquareSpace.
As a heavy user of analytics and creating custom reports, charts, and segmentation, I find it difficult to manipulate information to provide in depth reporting. My main challenge with the software is the ability to make the website function as I want it to. Also, I find that Google Analytics is having problems with collecting conversion goal information. What that means is that When I create a tag in Google Analytics, the tag fires and Google registers that the action has occurred that needs to occur, but HubSpot is not sending the data to the Google Analytics platform to track said conversions.
HubSpot CMS is providing my organization with the ability to connect with our clients by creating a quick, efficient way to manage the content on our website. This CMS allows my team of highly intelligent individuals that lack the knowledge to learn how to code or use complex CMS systems. Their ability to use the system allows me to focus my efforts on other tasks instead of managing the daily content management.
The ability to quickly create global modules and use them across the different types of the pages.
The javascript limitation in the HubSpot forms is frustrating. In todays scenario where we need the forms to do lot of actions nd manipulations, it becomes tough to create a fully customised solution in forms. Creating a calculator was tough in the HubSpot.
Calculators with custom calculation for savings.
Hubspot is very user-friendly and it is easy to learn the tools it offers marketers. It's painless to design emails, workflows, and landing pages.
I'm not a huge fan of how Contacts are set up. Hubspot is extremely focused on contacts rather than companies, and while I think that's beneficial in some areas, it can make my job slightly difficult based on the industry I'm in. TL;DR it's tough to get all the contact properties sorted straight in my head.
Customer engagement and lead generation are improved from our last software.
Good having everything under one hood and accessible instead of having multiple tools.
Can be difficult to first use. A bit of a learning curve.
SEO recommendations are beneficial. Seeing reports from social and content at same time is helpful.
The HubSpot blogging tool is very intuitive and easy to use. My company has recently moved over to the HubSpot blog tool from WordPress and it is a lot more user friendly.
It takes a little bit of time to get your head around the ins and outs of how things work which if you're new to HubSpot or pressed for time isn't very convenient.
We have brought all of our marketing activity into one central place using HubSpot whether that be our customer email marketing, prospect email marketing or our website and blog which allows us to easily keep track of what we send to who and effectively manage our digital presence.
What I like more about Hubspot is how easy it is to find help info
Maybe the amount of changes in the interface.
I like using HubSpot to edit and create pages in my company website.
Hubspot has a very user-friendly and simplified interface with lots of features which helps us to focus on our needs and enhance the features on our website. Also, I am happy with the prompt support provided by hubspot in case of any queries/concerns.
There is noway we can store the data in some database and link it with the website changes, so that the data can be automatically picked from the database and reflected on the respective placeholders on the website.
I am updating my company's website to fit in with the market preferences and customer requirements. Hubspot is providing me with those features which can help me in achieving the desired outcome except the concern which i have mentioned above and hence i have to manually update all the dynamic data on the website on a regular basis.
HubSpot is an intuitively designed marketing tool that offers many opportunities to customize and integrate with other platforms (Salesforce, Chilipiper, etc). Creating slick-looking HTML emails is made quick and easy with templates and drag and drop elements, especially if your marketing team has varying degrees of design skills. And if you run into a problem, then the ability to open a chat dialog and resolve it is really valuable.
You can run into snags if importing lists of contacts from conferences or third-party lead gen lists.
Hubspot is crucial to capturing prospects' information and starting them down the sales funnel. Also we run all of our social media posts and analytics through Hubspot and really see the value there.
Everything is customizable and user-friendly.
I wish there were more spacing options. I also feel like I have too much space between paragraphs or not enough (regardless of the settings that I try). I also wish that it was more mobile-friendly and that you didn't have to manipulate the settings to make it look appropriate on mobile.
Being able to promote our events is a huge benefit for us. Our website, blogs, news, events all go through HubSpot so it's all in one place and easier to manage.
I find from an administrative/logistics perspective, the platform is quite easy to use. I really enjoy the addition of the drag and drop email and webpage features. These have made those functions much easier to use and customize for the average user that may not have code/HTML experience. The social media functionality is also easy to use and I enjoy the full calendar view the best. This makes it simple to see where you have things scheduled and to manage the planning process. Many aspects of Hubspot are helpful for seeing the big-picture in this way. I'm also a fan of the automation with the workflows feature, this is particularly helpful for email campaigns. Beyond that we also use it for SFDC integration, content delivery, and other internal email notifications. But I would say it's definitely most effective for email campaigns. We also avidly use the app integrations, which come in handy. Specifically, the GoToWebinar integration has been helpful for us and provides greater insight for our reporting.
The reporting and analytics could be better. We don't use the dashboards much, and don't find the insights particularly helpful for our needs. We tend to do all of our reporting out of SFDC rather than out of Hubspot because of the reporting limitations. As another example, I tend to pull our social analytics from the actual sites, rather than out of Hubspot. The integration to SFDC took a bit of work to get to a place where we could use it effectively. It could have been much more seamless. Also, the limitations with lead scoring, such as restrictions on the amount of properties you can track, has been an issue. We've had to find ways around it.
Hubspot is the basis for all our marketing activity, from website to email to social and more. Having all of those features in one platform is extremely helpful and prevents the need to waste time hopping and jumping between platforms. For a company like ours, mid-size with a very small marketing team, this makes everything manageable without the need for much outside help or influence for contractors, etc. Our marketing team fully relies on Hubspot to get our day-to-day tasks done and keep our marketing engine running. Our use of Hubspot extends to our sales team to enable them with better transparency into marketing initiatives, lead generation, and more.
