One of the best things about Jira is its flexibility and customizability. It can be adapted to fit various project management methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and more. Additionally, its extensive range of features, including issue tracking, customizable workflows, and reporting, make it a versatile tool for managing projects of different types and sizes.
While Jira is a powerful tool, some users find its learning curve to be steep, especially for beginners. The interface can be complex, and setting up custom workflows and configurations may require some time and effort. Additionally, depending on the scale of the project and the number of users, the licensing costs for Jira can be a concern for some organizations. However, despite these challenges, many users find that the benefits of using Jira outweigh these drawbacks once they become familiar with the tool.
Jira solves problems like tracking tasks, customizing workflows, integrating with dev tools, providing insights, supporting Agile, and enabling collaboration. This benefits me by improving project visibility, streamlining workflows, and enhancing team collaboration.
Jira is a powerful and user-friendly project management tool that streamlines collaboration, boosts productivity, and ensures seamless workflow integration.
I find Jira lacking in carryover management and yearn for a more flexible approach to building dashboards, where I can set up queries to tailor widgets to my specific needs.
It helps teams collaborate more efficiently, maintain transparency, and streamline workflows, ultimately enhancing productivity and project success.
the way that could be linked to a lort of other tools and track every move on every task

Help to track jobs and tasks and also get a better organization of every step of a project
Jira is one of the most intuitive services ever developed. The easier implementation on your daily basis is amazing. When you use it every day, you will notice how ease you can interact with it and how great it integrates with other services. The features are amazing even though those features depends on the each business. I use every day and I rarely have had any issues. The customer support is great and it works perfectly fine whenever you have to report anything.
Something I would prefer to get changed is the interface. I mean the current interface is amazing, however sometimes you need to do something in a small part of the software so popup windows while using one particular option would great. Other than that, everything works perfectly fine.
I personally use it more cloudly, but we make reports thorough it and create specific actions using the coding button. We can get a report/history of all the events recorded and the progress of each of them.
It is a great task management tool for both individual and corporate use. Ease of use and good number of features.
System integration must be improved to allow interaction between Jira and external softwares.
As a CSM, Jira allows me to manage my team efficiently and carry out effective communication across tiers.
I like the way Jira supports integration, for example guthub repositories are automatically referenced in Jira. The ease of use of Jira makes it perfect to onboard new colleague.
Sometimes Jira takes ages to load even though my internet speed is good. Jira should improve this.
Jira helps to manage the overall software, be it bugs or new feautures. It helps collaboration between different roles like developer, tester and product manager.
JIRA has made it easier to track bug throughout the whole SDLC.
Limited file size to upload, integration with other systems are complicated
Tracking bugs and product management throughout the software development lifecycle.
Jira is easy to use. we use it daily for our project management. Jira provides us labels like p1,p2 and p3 based on the priority of the task we pick them to the sprint. Other cool feature is we can link our bitbucket account so that when our code is merged. It will be updated in jira as well. If the issue is bigger, we have the option to create child issues, which can simplify development for the developer.
I dont have any dislikes for the Jira Software.
we can easily manage the project and track the progress of the issues. If we find any bugs we can easily create new issues and add them to the backlog.
- Project, Epic, and Label helped me to organize the ticket and progress - StoryPoint and priority helped us to prioritize the task - Powerful integration
- UI loading Slowly - Complex UI - Video Player is buggy
- Management project progress - Update the status of the task It provides clear notification and activity updates which helps us be more transparent.
Just we can create any project and add specific team member whose is capable to complete or assign for that task. We can create story for any task or issue and assign to any member.
The cost of Jira may be too high for startups or small teams with tight budget.
Because it maintains track of each job and allocated team member, remote work has become easier.
