First of all, I know that I have not touched upon all of the potential of Keap, but what I have used has been very user-friendly and whenever I could not figure something out, Tech Support has been prompt, professional and to the point.
Nothing specific in Keap. I don't have the time to learn more about it.
Keeping track of customers and potential customer history. We have not done a lot of marketing automation yet.
The automation capability using Campaigns, and ease of use for basic functions, as well as the customizable Dashboard.
The reporting could be a little more intuitive. I would also like to see more customization available in reporting.
We are segregating our customers by interest and purchases, and automating workflow sequences for processes. The ability to schedule Tasks at appropriate times, based on actions or activities, helps us manage a large number of clients with our fairly small staff. By reviewing the process and systems we have in place, we can easily find bottlenecks in our operations and address them. Automation / Campaigns is a great tool to help us avoid overwhelm, and also ensure we don't let important details fall through the cracks.
I'm able to tie in most of my automated marketing needs in 1 place.
I have to also pay for other services and then integrate them into this platform. I wish they would offer text messaging and scheduling services directly. Also, the landing page editor is simply terrible.

There is some chunkiness to be able to manage your inventory for what you have in stock. I think it could use some tweaking that would help with reporting and inventory management. For example you can setup your warning and pulling stock from your website if you are running low. I have to create a all sales report and make fake sales to be able to pull a column into the report just to see where my stock is. For an online solution this is pretty archaic and some basic specific reports that will help you see what you have based off all your products would be pretty straight forward.
For the moment I am using it to mange my employees and their progression at my company. Its nice to be able to store files digitally for my employees and track what they have been able to get done and certification. I love the ability to track and create many custom fields
I love how easy it is to add in new contacts and keep everyone organized. Being able to send out invoices this easy is a major plus! I also like that I can have it on my desktop so I don't have to be staring at my phone.
I wish the text/call features were better. I found out I can't do group texting which is frustrating at time. And it takes a bit for the app to open. I wish it was faster when I was trying to respond to a text message or something. I also wish that the invoices could be duplicated or templated so I don't have to take screenshots and look at what I am supposed to bill my clients every month.
I was looking for something to help me with my leads and having the 5 touches that could be created in a swift and easy way that I wouldnt have to mannully do it myself every time.
It is an incredibly sophisticated instrument. I love it being able to manage lots of details for clients with excellent segmentation resources that can be used in communications strategies and email transmissions. The project creator is user friendly and offers fast coverage. It is very adaptable to the needs of all our customers. The builder's webpage is solid and quick to use. It can be used for customer support automations, for emails and more. The email creator is also incredibly quick, and emails still look nice and are open to mobile phones.
We built a number of ads in the old software program so it's difficult to to get them all to run on the current network. Often we'll have to build those prototypes from scratch and retain the same concepts we've got in the legacy program. I wish Infusionsoft would by default transform more than just the older designs, so we all can proceeded to use them during the element of a sequence.
Infusionsoft is nice, allows us to establish touch with our clients and monitor our Facebook promotions and other marketing-related processes. We have also been able to combine it into a computer framework, and if a prospect performs whatever step we wish on any of our landing pages, it will be checked via email and the details will be changed immediately in the CRM.

We can automate a wide range of useful online marketing features that let our flow of marketing contacts and content happen smoothly and on a frequent basis. I we can set many key variables in regards to email send times and add keywords to contacts that can trigger custom actions within the Infusionsoft account for account updates and email-sending activities.
Infusionsoft has performed great and doesn't have many weaknesses as far as capabilities go, but the pricing is a little steep compared to many automated marketing software for small businesses.
The automation features and easy-of-use offered by Infusionsoft has made it a remarkable marketing platform that helps us to reach out to lots of leads and achieve conversions without having to initiate direct contact with any of them. Of course, we can follow up with calls and emails, but much of the time, we can complete sales or gather lead data without additional communications.
The marketing automation is the best feature in my opinion. A CRM is a CRM in some ways, but the marketing automation is what operates best compared to others in the market. I also really like the ease of use. The campaign builder in particular is highly intuitive. Even as someone who had little to no experience setting up complex funnels, I was able to figure it out, because you simply drag and drop different goals and sequences and then fill in the blanks. I also love that's it's more of a one-stop-shop than other CRMs. I'm using it to help trigger internal training sequences when someone new joins the team and also to track sales commissions and referral partner payouts. Lastly, I appreciate the abilities they offer to create shopping carts and to easily integrate with my website to allow for ease of checkout for customers and they even have their own merchant services platform that is helpful in making it easy to collect payments.
Mostly just little features here and there. I need more control over permission settings over custom fields (for instance) or, especially on the campaign builder, I don't like how I can't create automations around opportunities or move opportunity stages. I can only create opportunities but I can't do anything else. Little stuff like that that just would make it more robust. I think is somewhat of a major issue and it's forced me to come up with creative solutions.

I love how you can set it and forget it with campaigns yet alter them as often as you need. We have able to stay in consistent, quality contact with our clients for years without having to create new content every week.
The learning curve was fairly steep, especially with tagging.
The biggest benefit is in segmenting our lists and sending truly customized messages.
There are many templates that we can use to get new email marketing campaign started quickly in Keap. There is also lots of flexibility when it comes to adding new actions or editing actions in our existing campaigns. We can add updated data at many different points along our campaign workflows. Each contact's profile contains loads of information fields that we can use to analyze each user's background and set them up for email campaigns that best fit them.
For more advanced campaigns, it can be complicated the set things up smoothly in Keap. The customer support has been fantastic when it comes to general issues, but when we work with many different actions and looping campaigns, the customer support often seems to be somewhat inexperienced when it comes to helping us through those complex type of campaigns.
We have launched many successful automated email marketing campaigns with the Keap platform. We are able to view instant data on the interactions that our contacts have with our emails and website. The data allows us to reconfigure our email campaigns to for work better each time we send them out. There are many extensions for our Keap account in the Keap extensions marketplace, so we're not limited to the features that are available in the standard Keap plan.
It is an extremely robust tool. I love that it can be used to handle tons of information for contacts with great segmentation tools that can be used for marketing campaigns and email broadcasts. The campaign builder is easy to use and provides quick reporting. It is very versatile for all of our clients' needs. The landing page builder is solid and easy to use. You can use it for automations with contact management, for email campaigns, and more. The email builder is also extremely simple and emails always look good and are mobile-responsive.
I'm not a big fan of the web forms that you can use. I wish there was more customization available for JavaScript forms so I wouldn't have to manually add HTML code every time I need to update a form. Also, the lead source tracking is not great. The tracking code doesn't pick up lead sources very well from internet sources. The UI is a little old-school, but not too bad. The level 1 support team is also very subpar. We know more about the product than they do, so conversations with them are typically frustrating.

We have been able to create automated marketing campaigns that generate leads for clients while we're able to work on other things. It makes email building so simple and worry-free.

I like that Infusionsoft helps to automate some of our primary marketing processes. We can quickly create professional quality signup forms to add to our websites or landing pages. The forms can be used for a wide range of enrollment purposes, such as newsletters, events or appointments. We can add tags (like new lead, client, attended event, etc.) to contacts that help us to organize and manage our contact lists and newsletters. We can customize emails based on tags to help ensure emails are relevant to the recipients.
The price for Infusionsoft is quite high compared to other similar services. Though I think Infusionsoft has more capabilities in terms of customizations and automations, the main features of the software, in terms of how our contacts are acquired and emails are sent out, are very similar to lower cost services. If you want to get the most out of Infusionsoft, you'll likely need to work with an Infusionsoft specialist that has a good understanding of CRM and programming.
Infusionsoft has been an extremely helpful platform for automating many of online marketing activities. It also allows us to create meaningful content that can be segmented across a different contact groups. We have generally been able to have higher conversions on most of our marketing campaigns through Infusionsoft. We can create marketing content that is high quality, easy to create and responsive to contact information and interactions.

to be honest there is not any thing to not like as a user, for super in depth data collection or reporting it may be a little hard to use but as a user and for clients its perfect to track, follow up with and record interactions and set up
it defiantly is a great way to keep track of clients and billing so it does not get lost it also is extremely clear on subscriptions and billing . it shows all transactions and history so tracking is made easy and any worry of mistakes to the customer is set to rest
The software is quite complex. We had a third party marketing company set everything up for us in Infustionsoft and it is so easy to use. I love the automation that is provided by Infusionsoft campaigns. I also love how it can be integrated with so many other software that companies might use.
It is very complex if you don't have to time nor are tech savvy to figure it out. Thank goodness for the third party company that was able to build our campaigns for us. I'm sure if I had the time to watch all the instructional videos and play around with things I could figure it out but a lot of small businesses like ours, where one person wears many hats, it is hard to find time to do those things.
A safe place to keep client data, automated email campaigns, congruency with multiple software we're using. It saves me so much time to just go in and change a tag on a client and it automatically changes the campaigns and emails being sent.

Very technical in its requirements. In order to use this product, you need a lot of training which is really important to accomplish your goals. It can be confusing and time consuming, but the support is great.

It is a very versatile tool for the sales sector configured from the cloud, you can create all kinds of orders online, from Infusionsoft, also has a tool to analyze and create all kinds of reports, with all the necessary information that have been used in sales, and in contacts with clients, for the end of the month to have a complete analysis of the personal and total performance of the work team.
The created reports can have more information than what is really needed, turning this into a problem when the final analysis is done, since it takes much more time to analyze so much information, in some it is necessary and in others not so much, so I would like to be able to use more reduced reports for certain types of operations, and not always have so much information that it can be difficult to analyze, another thing that seems too basic to me, it is the templates that are used, to send by email, they are too simple, one always hopes to give the best impression to the clients, even by electronic mail, and this can not be done.
