The ease of use of the platform. Everything from setting up a session, tracking registrants to sending out reminders and follow-ups is super easy to administer. The actual live session interface is also really user-friendly. It provides minimal distractions while you are live, while still having easy access to stuff like chat, questions, polls etc. Even the simple ability to see which slide or media you have next in the queue makes for a much better experience – both for the speaker as well as the audience. I've used a few different platforms before but Livestorm really is the most enjoyable to use when I am speaking or hosting. Finally, no installations required for attendees or speakers! Just open up the webinar room in your web browser and you are good to go 🙌

Not much to dislike, but I have used some platforms in the past that will provide you with access to their community of viewers and help drive additional traffic to your sessions. However, even here I feel like you are better off attracting viewers via your own channels as they are usually more engaged with you, your topic as well as your session.

All of our live talks and sessions for an external audience are hosted on Livestorm. It really helps to have a tool that is easy enough to use so that you can focus on what matters – delivering a quality experience for your listeners.

I love that there is no install required for the customers and they are able to quickly and easily access the webinars. The meeting functionality is a huge added bonus that we use with more personal meetings with attendees - again - no software! The ease of scheduling additional sessions and customizing the pages is great.

There is a small issues where occasionally a user must refresh to keep up with a video feed switch. I expect this is something they will work through.

I really like the fact that Livestorm doesn't require any special apps or browser extensions! This is great as you don't need to provide detailed step-by-step instructions for the users on how to join the webinar. Just send them invitation link and they can join the webinar with any modern browser. This is a huge plus for BYOD-type of IT-environments.

One thing Livestorm could improve is the browser support for live streaming with minimal delay. Only Chrome is able to display the stream without delay and other browsers suffer from 10-15 sec delay. This causes some headaches when doing live Q&A. So it would be great if there wouldn't be delay when viewing the stream from non-Chrome-browsers.

We train our sales representatives via Livestorm sessions. Most of our live webinars include Q&A via chat feature and sometimes we have invited participants on stage during those sessions. We have also created pre-recorded sessions to be viewed later. Our reps are not very tech savvy people and that's why we love the ease of use of Livestorm and the fact that you can participate in webinars with any modern browser. We also love the playback feature which allows participants to view the finished session later if they are unable to attend the live stream.

Livestorm help eliminated the tedious tasks we had to do when we were using another webinar platform. You can streamline the webinar process where email registrations and follow-ups are automated and webinars can be switched simply and easily to on-demand, gated content to still drive your leads. It records your webinar video in the cloud and you don't have to mess with recording on your local drive. Hosting webinars now is so much more simplistic, easy, and I can focus more on the copy and promotion of any upcoming webinar.

I think this is on the roadmap (may already be done), but it would be great to have a two or more speakers feature. It also would be great to have more customization with the email format/template as well as the landing page. We definitely need full API support or more flexibility with zapier, it's not bad at the moment, just need more.

Lead gen through gated-content that way once the webinar is over, we can still benefit from sign-ups. We also needed to cut our busy work in half as we have a lot of projects that need more strategic focus.

I love how easy and intuitive LIVESTORM is and how tremendously helpful their team are...always. The video is HD which is essential for me. I love that they keep one step ahead all the time. Every time I am ready for something new, LIVESTORM has just uploaded the beta or final version. I am about to get back into using the software regularly after a year being away from it, but not once did I consider going to another provider. I had previously been with Webinarjam which I found super clumsy and complicated and the video was of a poor quality. Also the after sales service was as complicated. Perhaps that's all changed but for me LIVESTORM delivered and continues to deliver quality, ease, results and superb support.

The different time zone means if I have an urgent query I can't get it answered until I wake up the next day. It is a bit costly but I would rather invest in something I know will do the job well, that will be brilliantly supported.

I am a coach and work with artists individually and in groups, as well as deliver open webinars... as such I want quality video and audio in my sessions.

What I like best about Livestorm is the following: 1. It is easy to set up and customize. 2. Attendees seem to have an easy time registering, that is the registration process for the client is easy and smooth. 3. The quality of the video and audio is impeccable. This includes the actual streaming (little to no abnormal delay time). 4. Follow-up emails fairly easy to customize. This could be better and I'll mention this in the dislike area. 5. Follow-up emails automatically send out a link with the replay. I don't have to do anything. I love this. 6. I can download the video easily. 7. I can replace the replay with an edited (polished version if I want) 8. I can easily download or export variations of the registrants. 9. Great on-demand center. Would like to see an audio version added with a download option! 10. Nice UI and UX

While these are a couple of items I dislike, it doesn't take much away from the quality of my experience with Livestorm nor the user experience. 1. Would like to see the ability to edit the autoresponders better. When you begin to edit the content they automatically added disappears. So for example the webinar replay link is added by default, but if you edit the text, that all goes away. Would like it if that text stayed. 2. I would love to be add at least a couple of more emails or email types to the list of emails one can send to registrants. They currently have by default (5). Which is sufficient, but doesn't allow one to add one or two more if desired. This could be easily added. 3. It would be great to get a direct integration with YouTube to livestream. A couple of other popular platforms already have this, so it should be easy enough to integrate. 4. I would really like to see a CTA button added with an option to edit the size, color, text, link and "new page or current page" option. This is pretty important. Current work around is to just add the link to the chat. Which works okay. 5. While this isn't critical, it would be nice to have the ability to add a hyperlink to text added to the chat box. 6. Finally, I'm not able to use Livestorm for video conferencing on my iPhone This would be a very nice addition.

Livestorm allows us to: 1. Communicate live with our audience. This puts a real face to our business. 2. Provide great quality and interactive teaching, training and learning experiences to our audience. 3. Easily get the training out to those who have registered and attended or missed the webinar quickly and easily.

Very easy to setup and use, with an abundance of features and functionality. Not to mention a dedicated customer service team as backup.

Not applicable, one get a streamlined and user-friendly webinar to a fair price.

LS is very user-friendly, even some of my colleagues that are first time playing with it, they can easily get it done.

I think LS should empower the polling feature, at least let the voters to change their answer, you know, sometimes voters may change their mind after submitted their votes.

Running LS don't need to install anything, just need a chrome browser (or a modern browser as claimed) can do. This is very important for me, as most of my corporate clients don't let their staff to install plug-ins or add-ons or software into their PCs, so web-based is actually a great advantage for me. Sharing or inserting a media file is easy and convenient too, I can do it during the webinar. Unlike some other platforms that I need to upload all media files to the system in advance, and I can't add files during the webinar. So LS did a great job on this.

It brings us a convenient way how to approach our target customers in an intensive way.

I have used too many webinar softwares to count and all of them suck. Why? Because they're clunky and don't offer the features that a company like ours needs to run our webinars. When I was told about LiveStorm I was obviously apprehensive at another clunky webinar software. I was so wrong. Not only is running a webinar easier than ever, but with LiveStorm the intuitive design makes it easy for newbies to get acclimated with way less hand-holding than other webinar softwares. But not to worry, because their AMs will be in near-constant communication to make sure that you are up and running and getting value out of the product. Overall, I love how modern the software looks, I love the signup iFrame, and I love how we can customize almost everything. It was clearly designed by someone who knows webinars inside and out.

The price. It's really expensive and I won't be able to justify adding more seats anytime soon which means that as a company we're still going to have to use inferior software for now.

We sell FOIA software to local and state government agencies. We use LiveStorm every week to host a "weekly webinar" to show less qualified leads our software in a more efficient way. We've only been up and running for 3 weeks now, but we haven't encountered any audio or screensharing problems to date--which is so refreshing. We were having near-constant problems with our last software.

We made decision to organize live webinars as part of our acquisition process. With Livestorm it took us day of work and we could send first invites. Genius tool!

I can't really say, I like their UI, customer care, price is fine...

It is saving lot of time! So easy to use for us and the audience, well done!

It guided me through the creation and suggested things that I did not think of earlier. Invitation built-in, analytics is clear, follow up built-in, recording is automatic, sharing screen/videos is easy. I set my webinar within minutes.

Pricing could be more affordable, but you know... we always want it.

The simplicity and the clean user interface. I tried several online webinar solutions and always had some issues that were eventually deal breakers for me. With Livestorm, I'm finally happy and not only with their software, also with their amazing and blazing fast support. I can recommend this software and company to everybody that wants to get into the webinar world.

There's nothing that I dislike on Livestorm as I know that 2 small feature requests are already taken care of.

We are using webinars to help our customers understanding our tools and also to connect with them in a better way. A webinar is the only format where you can personally connect with a customer and still present in front of a full audience. People love to come to our webinars and the feedback is just amazing.

I love the look and feel of the website and the levels of customization (design and registration) that we can use. It looks professional, and I can teach anyone to use it. I picked Livestorm specifically because of the quality of the video streaming, both live and media playback, which I have been hugely satisfied with.

No dislikes per se, but what we need most that Livestorm doesn't yet have are a built-in captioning capability and an on-demand option, where we would offer pre-recorded webinars and make them seem live.

We use it as a university for educational webinars to businesses and students.

With Livestorm, I can embed a self-updating page of upcoming webinars on our site so that I don't have to worry about programming an integration or using our API. I can set up emails in advance so that I don't have to worry about using zaps or other integrations to communicate webinar details to attendees. And, it's very easy for attendees to use -- people can sign up and log into the webinar without downloading another piece of software.

The recording quality of webinars isn't great (I'm giving software demos, so seeing screen details and button names is important).

The company I work for can now offer regularly scheduled demo webinars and feature deep dives. It's easy to train a large group of people at once with a single webinar.

Livestorm is easy for the end-user and flexible for the host. We love it. It’s helped us launch regular and special webinars for our audiences. We get good data on attendees and it’s helped our processes.

Neither host nor participants need to download any software. The whole tool just feels smooth and easy to work, deeply impressed by the ease we transitioned from our previous tool, which felt instantly more clunky and cumbersome the moment we tried out Livestorm. Communication/questions/issues are addressed properly and promptly, and as they are developing constantly on it, all feedback is welcomed with open arms. You gotta love the joy of working with a fellow SaaS start-up on that! I cannot recommend this tool enough.

The webinar page designer could be more customisable, but that is nitpicking. Looking forward also to have multiple users in the tool (coming soon), as we have to share the same account now. All in all, it's minimal what I can complain about: this tool simply works.

Easy webinars, for everyone, run by anyone in our team: we have a lot of webinars we want to roll out and this tool helps us with a solid base for all of it. It helps us easily build a schedule and work from there. No cumbersome downloads or weirdness, it works, and we can see our attendees also appreciate it.
