I love to learn, and MailerLite is a brilliant hub of information, tutorials and friendly advice. There are many simple tools, great designs you can shape to your needs, and guidance available in every format. Not having the tech skill knowledge can sometimes be intimidating, and kindness goes a long way, so when I reached out and Jhon from MailerLite responded with such a helpful nature, I knew I had found treasure.
I would love MailerLite even more if there were an Android app in the future.
I have felt lost in how or where to gather my work under one roof for a long time. I knew I wanted to make a website but didn’t have the knowledge or confidence to build one by myself. I needed a safe place away from social media where I could gather and keep in touch with folk wanting to follow and stay in touch with my work, so I tried different places, but they all felt complicated to me and lacked the human touch. MailerLite ticks all the boxes and solves issues with calm and practical solutions.
I used many mailing software in the past, but I like Mailerlite best. It's very easy to use and to integrate with for example WooCommerce. I use Mailerlite for my clients, some of them aren't really technical, but they can easily make new automations and campaigns. While you have still many options to make it as advanced as you want. In addition the support of Mailerlite is very fast and always friendly.
With the new free version of Mailerlite you can't add multiple users. I'm using Mailerlite for my clients, so I really like I could access their accounts from one point.
They help me and my clients to automate processes in my business, so they save me time and energy.

Mailing customers and creating automation for lead gen
It is a flexible platform with many integrations that make doing business so much easier.
The only think I can think of is possibly a little more flexibility with column settings, but it's not a biggie.
From previously adding reminders to my calendar to issue a follow-up or reminder email, it's great that this can all be done using triggers etc, in MailerLite. I can also choose who gets the reminders, and I also see how many of my emails are being read and acted upon. This helps me measure what I'm doing.

It is a platform that fulfills all my needs, like automation mail service, creating different groups of clients, creating campaigns and has one of the best prices on the market. On TOP of that has great support from the tech team.
The fact that I can´t create Tags inside the groups and in the automations.

We had a lot of issues with mailchimp. We found the interface too complex and their client helpfulness below what we paid for. We just want to send an nice looking email to our clients once a month. And Mailerlite is doing it great!
