The ability to easily adapt our product.
Sometimes I feel like a have to do weird workarounds to have it how I want.
It's allowed us to build quickly and adapt our product as we go. Dealing with security makes me nervous so it's nice to outsource that portion.
The platform is relatively easy to set up and maintenance of existing memberships is pretty easy. We use the membership sign-up forms and the CMS tools. Don't know how it compares to competitors as we haven't used a competitor.
Lacks features that scale with growth. I would like to see improvements such as the ability to change prices, incorporate enterprise tiers, customizable profiles, more integrations with community platforms like Slack. Also, more dynamic analytics dashboards to help with membership maintenance.
We are using it to create memberships that have different access on our website. We have not had many issues with sign-ups which has been helpful. Our business has grown because of memberstack but it is now stifling growth as we scale.
Easy to set up able to integrate many different platforms no glitches
Cost, the fact that only one course can be accessed through each login. Ie: clients would have to create a different login for each course they purchase
