Compara monday.com con otras herramientas populares de la misma categoría.
monday proves to be a completely dynamic and adaptive tool for different types of task organization. The platform also provides tools capable of providing accurate metrics and intuitive dashboards.
The tool could provide easier integrations with Microsoft office-type software
Centralize information and provide dynamic information about the process in general.
It is easy to organize collaborative efforts
The application on the phone is very clunky and hard to use
It helps a lot with communication between departments and making sure everyone is on the same page
It has great templates and it's very intuitive to use
Sometimes the updates do not save and the same change needs to be performed multiple times. When importing a file, the columns need to be mapped to already created column types (if multiple columns of the same type cannot map all to them - only one column to one type). I would like to have the option to copy-paste data on columns instead of import or manual typing.
Great platform for all projects members, easy to update and provides dashboards ready to be presented.
I've used Monday.com in my previous two roles and it's really helped me organise my tasks and workload, as well as keep track of my team's tasks too. It's also great for requesting work from colleagues and keeping them up to date with tasks they have requested too.
For some reason sometimes the notifications don't pop up. Even if I am tagged in a note or task, it sometimes sends me an email and pops up a notification, and sometimes it doesn't. Not sure why, but all good otherwise.
General task management and keeping track on tasks across different colleagues in the team are making me so much more productive than before. The Marketing team is thriving, busy as always but monday.com keeps us on track and managing the workload effectively.
It's so easy to build tables and dashboards. It gives me and my stakeholders easy visibility regarding our tasks, progress, and both team and individual bandwidth. I like the automation that can be applied per task and condition. I use Monday every day to report on our team's output and utilization which we discuss on a weekly basis during our team reviews. This makes us more efficient when it comes to tackling clustered tasks. Monday's pre-made boards and dashboard tools was easy enough for a beginner to understand and use. I was able to build our Monday boards, dashboards and automation within a week. Likewise, my teammates had the flexibility to customize their boards and update their tasks without having to rely on me. It was second nature.
It's honestly a bit expensive. :) But it's so much better than what we're using prior which is Jira + a google sheet.
There's a lot of demand and we're getting dispersed, leading to team burnout and at times, stakeholder dissatisfaction because they don't understand "what's going on". Having visibility regarding what we have currently vs what's coming in gives us a better idea regarding our estimations in terms of delivery, time and effort. It also helps with the human element: it gives us the ability to see which of our team members are overutilized and underutilized so we can delegate tasks better. Keeps us accountable.
That everything is organized and automatically
There is nothing to dislike in my opinion
everything is organized and we can communicate with our clients in monday
I can see everything in one place and keep track of the workload of my whole team at a glance. Really customizable columns.
There is a ton of functionality that you wouldn't necessarily know about if people weren't there to train you on it.
Keeping track of daily workload across the team as well as upcoming initiatives.
Using monday.com is fantastic – it's easy to use, offers a lot of customization, and has a sleek interface. This is particularly useful as our workspaces become larger and more complex. I especially appreciate the automation and integration features, which make it simple to organize workflows and processes. We rely on monday.com every day throughout our company.
As for dislikes, there isn't much, but there are a few small improvements that could be made. It would be great if the PDF exports of documents resembled their original appearance more closely, rather than being purely text-based.
I can easily track client tasks and change statuses where necessary. I can update communication on what is going on with a task internally and externally via Monday. I get notifications of what is due which keeps me on track with tasks. My manager can easily see my progress. Its a great platform that can also be easily integrated with AI.
The best is, you have so much space for creativity. I started very small and you have a lot of templates to use. I just used some templetes for the creativity, but i am so deep into Monday.com that i am a pro now. Because of Monday.com we can higher our prices, have better communication with employees and costumers. I am so happy we found Monday.com. I cant imagine my work without Monday.com Update: The new Updates from Monday.com are insane, I would love to see the next updates in february.
Would like to have more tools for communications like chats.
they are making the communication between everyone very easy. Communication and organisation/ project planning. We can do everything in life time and everywhere. We are saving 70% of our time, because of monday.com.
The UI is highly customisable with an easily understanble hierarchy to organise our tasks. We're able to enter and assign tasks properly to ensure no tasks are missed for eas of tracking and accountability. The uptake to use this tool is high and most team members find it easy to use and understand the task items. It is used by all team members on a daily basis.
None. We just need to get better at maximise the use.
We used to have collaboration and tasks management using spreadsheets that are shared. This made it really difficult to keep track of all the different tasks across different teams and projects. Monday.com enabled us consolidate all of these into one place where we can share, assign and collaborate. Troubleshooting requests are channeled to a board where a designated team can look after in a timely manner and this removes many emailed requests, whilst centralising all requests.
