Quickbooks online is very user friendly and helpful for business owners who aren't accounting savvy.

Quickbooks online sometimes tries to automate too much. Some things need to be handled by the user and take some human judgement.

Quickbooks online quickly makes financial statements when I use to have to manually do them in excel.

This accounting software is made for those who are new to accounting but still can manage every cycle of their accounts, Its invoice or quote templates are ready made and looks professional before further customization

What i dont like about it is when it doesnt allow migration from quickbooks online to desktop version when multiple currency is enabled although the migration from online to desktop or desktop to online works for those who use single currency

Printing or sending invoices or quotation to customers, inventory management, tracking expenses along with payroll, and also tracking bills we owe from supplies even banking and full accounting cycle

It's simple to view,manage and control our organization finances with this tool.I like ease to track and manage expenses using QuickBooks Online.It's simple to generate financial reports and dashboards thus making it simple for me to view our profits and losses.

My experience with QuickBooks Online in matters of accounting,billing,invoicing and bookkeeping had been one of a kind and remarkable and there is nothing to dislike.

Everything flows through properly and you can edit transactions if you need to afterwards in Quickbooks! I also like the reporting function.

We are using it for our billing and AP and it's a fast and reliable tool. We also use it for accounting and journal entries.

I haven't experienced any limitation with QuickBooks since it's simple to use and understand without much-needed accounting skills.

I like how everything is in one place. Quickbooks online allows you to access it anywhere you go versus the desktop version. It is easy and straight forward to use.

I'm not too fond of the payroll platform. It is very manual when it comes to filing employee and employer taxes. Quickbooks does not have the option to do these things on Quickbooks.

Extremly user friendly and easy accessable core accounting menu along with automated reportt generation and payroll magaement is few out of many features i love about Quick-books. The Report Dashboard looks stunning & very easy to understand.

If you have your products classified with categories/subcategories, then on a PO for a supplier the clarifications are listed there. This is annoying.
