It is easy to use and the support is excellent! Our staff loves to use the product as I have it set up so they can access from their phone. It sends you a warning if they adjust the time to actual which is nice to know if they are chronically late. You can approve or not. Many settings! It also can track overtime (which QB is unable) and vacation/PTO etc. It takes time tracking to a level that QB is unable to do. Also this company has super smart staff who are great for support and setup. Many third party apps do not offer this.
What I dislike isn't Tsheets fault, it's the sync manager that QuickBooks is phasing out. We just switched to the Webconnector and it's much better!
Trying to track time, make sure everyone is accountable for time worked and catch billable time to charge back to customer.
That is a cloud-based time tracking system
The "approve time" process is little confused
Don't need to have the infrastructure, it is app designed, location services in the cell phone could established accurately the employee time in and out
In Quickbooks, the time entries feature is a great way to review and manage completed timesheets. Users have multiple parts to plan and schedule their time, such as Projects, Reports and Schedules. We can also locate the time off the entry and adjust the date or hours as necessary. If the time off has not been approved, you can deny the request and have the worker resubmit a corrected bid.
I haven't found any disadvantages or dislikes, as Quickbooks is headed in the right direction. As a user, I felt updating the comments for every minor change was unnecessary.
Managers need not do any micro-management on their employees. Every minute of my effort is calculated, and a report is sent to management. I can also pre-schedule my Time and leave. The software is built and organised so everyone in Organization can follow a pattern while doing time entries and understand it easily.
Easy interface, great for government contractors
May be even to simple ,i.e., less customizable than other time-tracking software
Accidentally submitting time (user mistake) or charge wrong project codes.
I like that employees are able to switch between roles when clocked in
The interface can be clunky and counter intuitive, not friendly for the person in charge
We are better able to pinpoint how team members are using their time when on shift.
I like that it's customizable. I can easily clock in, add hours manually by start and end time, or add hours manually by duration.
I think it could be made a bit more streamlined/user friendly by having recently billed projects available at a click of a button, instead of scrolling through a drop-down menu to find the projects you want to bill to. Not a huge deal, but it could improve on the amount of time it takes a little bit.
We use it to track hours for employees who work in the office, at home, and around the country, and to bill them to multiple projects. It's simple to use through the mobile app or on a computer.
We like the versatile of it. Easy to you and can go in depth as you need it to.
Nothing that we can find yet. Everything seems to be running smooth
Honesty from employee in keeping their time.
TSheets have great features and its work good on iOS and Android as well in in PC or Laptop, Time is accurate and the ability to easily manage a list of jobs of employees that can clock in.
Nothing to say for dislike it, i am happy with tsheet.
We Tsheet we was able to genrate job role and time tracking of our employees, on basis that we was able to create payrole management of our employee and task effeciancy evalution made easy on basis of working hours VS Complete task.
We are an accounting firm and need to often switch between what client we are clocked in under and tsheets makes that easy.
I haven’t had any issues with using tsheets.
We are an accounting firm and need to often switch between what client we are clocked in under and tsheets makes that easy. It allows us to switch between clients without clocking out.
It is so nice to track billable hours. It has made payroll go so much faster as well.
I wish it would let you set defaults for payperiods
Tracking time more efficient
It is extremely user friendly. Many of our employees work in the field and tsheets provides a way to track their hours for payroll and labor costs per job.
Sometimes bugs make it difficult to clock in or out.
Gps allows us to verify that our employees are working when and where they say they are.
I like the ability to clock in and out of clients throughout the day.
If I type any notes it automatically clocks me out, even if I don't hit the button
My clients are billed based on their hours so having all of them in one place is extremely beneficial.
I like that it’s a quick way to clock in and out. Also when you log out for a break or lunch, it automatically clicks you back in.
There is nothing that I do not like about the products. It’s amazing
The problems I am solving is logging in and out quick and not having to log back in from lunch or breaks
Tsheets has many features that work great for a small business! We were able to utilize Tsheets for both part time and full time staff. Our company has staff who work at multiple work locations and take on multiple job roles. Tsheets was able to capture all of this and allow for multiple supervisors to view and approve time. Our staff really enjoyed the running totals for their hours!
TSheets did not integrate with our payroll provider while we were utilizing it. However, we were able to export the hours into a spreadsheet. It believe currently they do have several providers they integrate with.
We were able to reduce time spent on calculating hours. We also were able to make sure staff was clocking in and out on site.
TSheets is intuitive and user-friendly. Our team's user adoption was high because of it.
It doesn't scale very well. It's best for smaller groups.
Acuate hours for employees.
Its Best part is easy to create shedule, and manage the task, find out grate for keep the record of employee.
Nothing to dislike in this may be improve layout.
We will manage time keeping of employee and tracked the task given to team, its also was easy to create pay role of staff.
This app/system allows our hourly employees an easy way to clock in and out directly from there phones via a mobile app.
Employees are allowed to turn off GPS tracking while on the clock.
Time management has become easy and digital with this app/system.
Both the functionality and accessibility of TSheets are great. I have it both as an app on my phone, and as a browser favorite. I love that I can tally my time on a variety of devices, and it's got a sleek look to it. I like that it shows your location, as well, which can be helpful for tracking time if doing projects outside of the regular office.
I find that I use the same functions daily, more or less, so that part is easy. But when anything out of the ordinary comes up in terms of tracking special time, it can be rather hard to find certain functionalities. TSheets is not very intuitive in that sense. I also don't care for the sounds when you clock in and out; I mute them but don't like that it's the automatic set up.
When I was on a month long honeymoon, I was still obligated to track my time for my vacation and holiday hours. I found it incredibly helpful to be able to submit my time on my phone. I also appreciate the reminders for when I need to submit time, and if there are any issues that come up with improperly or accidentally entering information, TSheets will catch it and warn me.
TSheets is very easy to access and what I love about it is that the employee and the administrator can access the time sheet. You can clock in and out and track everything but under one app. It is also a easy way to communicate and schedule appointments. Very convenient to track time and don’t need to spend money on a clock in at work.
Some things about TSheets that I would change is the location tracking. This app requires location to be on at all times which I don’t mind but I would change that. Also the cost of using the app and no refunds.
With the location tracking I went to my settings and changed it to only locate me while using the app and not all the time.
