Remote is a very serious company that listens very carefully to employees' feedback, it has a good amount of benefits, and has a great support team who is ready to assist whenever it's necessary.
Health insurance is not very affordable (at least in Brazil) to add dependents

I use Remote twice a month for my salary. I find them easy to use and implement unlike other platform as they simplfied their features for you to integrate your transaction smoothly whether you use your phone or laptops. They are very transparent when you asked about how the process is going, when is the salary going to be received and if they have the funds already from the contractors. Plus, their customer service was always great to deal with.
I always receive my salary late than the due date when it's already tagged paid out. Approximately 1-2 days before it reaches my bank.
I always requesting my salary to time (as per schedule). But I somehow in these past 3 consecutive invoice I sent, it was late for about 2 days to a week so I submitted a ticket for these delays. Their team was on it immediately and explained about the process and where the funds was and they proceed immediately the transfer when they got the funds already.
I am a person who keeps coming up with all kinds of questions and from the second one the REMOTE staff has helped me immediately. It doesn't matter if they have the information at hand or not, they try to help me as efficiently as possible. I use it on a daily basis as it is extremely easy to review my payroll, expenses and vacations.

To be able to work remotely with an employment contract in the country where I reside. It saves me from having to be a contractor since they take care of my taxes when paying my payroll.

Remote has many features that are easy to use and really helpful. I was particularly impressed with Remote's customer service and onboarding process. My dedicated customer support manager was always available to answer my questions and help me through the onboarding process. They were patient and knowledgeable, and they went above and beyond to make sure that my experience was smooth and positive.
I think the integration of some functionalities with the company can be improved (for example, expenses, vacation days, etc).
I am the first person from based on my country that was hired in my company. With Remote I was able to be hired without headhaches since they arrange all the paperwork for me and my company.

Remote is making my life easier and less stressful. If I have invoices to be expensed, I just need to upload them all in the platform or even in the app (making this wide easier as I was previously doing in a different EOR). Besides, I can find my payslips monthly in the comfort of my phone via the APP so that I don't need go to the browser.
