This service is easy for me to use. I am not super tech savy so it is nice to be able to complete any task provided with ease
I dont like that after clocking out sometimes rippling does not recognize the clock out
its easy to use on my computer and on my phone. I am able to access everything I need and track my hours and task
The UI in Rippling is very user friendly, the nav bar is easy to use and I had little to no difficulty finding what I was looking for.
Nothing, Rippling adds fun little emotes to the message when I am paid and delivers the money to my account, yall rock!

To date, my experience with Rippling has been positive, and I have yet to encounter any aspects that I dislike

Rippling brings together solid HR, onboarding, and benefits management along with Payroll and Identity and Access management for us.
Rippling is very user-friendly. It's not complicated to use and a tutorial is not needed for this tool. It's very easy to use, to understand, and to navigate. This is why for me, its interface is the best thing about this tool. Another strength that Rippling has is its capability to make HR process for us seamless. From onboarding to organizing Employee Data Information. It is amazing! We are also starting to get courses for training in Rippling. This is definitely an all-in-one platform!
There's nothing I don't like about Rippling
Rippling provides a perfect HR administration. It simplified our HR processes.
I never miss a due date because Rippling keeps up with it all and notifies me when time is running out to complete my tasks!
Sometimes getting the verfication codes when in a hurry isn't very convient but still quick.
Tranks my pay stubs, insurance, and important signed docs in all one place.
I have been processing payroll in my career for around 10 years and this is by far the best platform. It has every capability you can imagine, and the additional applications are wonderful. We use Pulse, RPass, Global Payroll, Rippling PEO, etc. The processing of payroll is easy and they make the review a breeze by thinking about what payroll processors would want to see.
They have too stringent of rules around tax information needing to be entered in their system by a certain time and if not, there are STEEP fees to reprocess a tax return. The States are very slow at giving account information and Rippling penalizes the user for this, even though it's out of our control.
We have one unified system for anything that involves people and it makes everything seamless.
Rippling is very easy to use for me and my team, always finding new tools to use.

Simple communicatioin, employee engagement
Ease of use, secured access, one-place to do it all, easy navigation to various parts of the tool, and minimal to no bugs. Everything is taken care of well.
The mobile App — at least the iPhone version of it seems pretty limited in terms of the options that one can see. For example, a simple thing like the dashboard was not visible on the mobile app.
Rippling makes it easy to perform almost all HR related tasks much better than many other platforms.
It has everything I would need in an HR solution. You can choose what you want to add and keep off what you don't. Everything is guided whether it's onboarding and offboarding. Super easy overall.
Only knock I would say is that I can't see pricing and enable other modules within the platform. It shows extras like adding benefits but have to book a demo to see pricing and add it. Wish it was a self-serve experience.
I can easily pay employees and contractors while having accurate taxes on every part of the process.
