The reporting is not easy for executives to glean their own reports. It's perfect for a sales team and sales leaders though.
Allows Operations and Sales to be on the same page with Client interactions. Also, the email campaigns were invaluable during the pandemic- without it we would not have survived as a business line.
It helps me manage all of my contacts and create powerful and efficient workflow. Being a young company it is such a relief to have this program. It is easy to use and very practical to navigate.
If I needed to find a downfall, I would say the accounts are not that practical over all but we manage to have something cool either way. I wish we could have more interactive accounts system.
Salesflare really helps gather all the contacts we have and put them in different categories allowing us to manage our clients accounts without problem. Salesflare is also a real ally when it comes to sending thousands of emails and report on them : who has cliqued, answered, did we miss someone or not. We wouldn't be able to do that much of quality work witout Salesfare.
It's easy to use, in just a short time you are able to work with the system effectively. Everything works well, there is no need for a specific training in order to handle Salesflare properly.
There is not so much to be found. Maybe one point: I had some issues with the font sizes when inserting some text passages into the workflows. But now I use a workaround and everything is O.K.:).
We are a small company and missing time resources. The Salesflare workflows support us to contact thousands of customers and helps to present them our new products and services at a very reasonable cost in terms of budget and time.
The team are really helpful and Shivila in particular is always willing to touch base with a quick respones. The teething issues have been much improved by her help.
It has been a bit confusing at times when trying to see emails but Shivila has helped to resolve this.
Helping with our CRM and documentation of conversations with Clients. Also helping to keep a record of the clients and contacts we communicate with where all of the information is stored in one place.
I think Salesflare will really help us close more clients quicker, and empower more students as a consequence.

I mainly use Salesflare for our email marketing campaigns. Their workflow tool is amazing and helps us gets mass emails out in a great way!
So far, I have not found any tools I dislike on Salesflare. It has been easy to use and a super powerful tool that I would recommend for any business size!
It solves the contact organization issues we were having with all of our connections, and it allows us to contact them when we release a new campaign. Super simple and a great tool!
I use Salesflare inside of my Gmail with the add-on. It saves me hours and hours inputting customer info as it is attached to my website forms. As a single person business owner, this helps me compete with my larger competitors.
I can't think of anything I don't like about it. It covers all the CRM requirements I need for my business. I'm a no-fuss person, and Salesflare is no-fuss. You can get to selling right away.
I have a hard time staying organized and inputting sales info while I am talking to a customer. Salesflare does half the battle for me by auto-populating the info from my website form. I feel like there are two of me now.
Salesflare makes me save a lot of time with it's integrations and data enrichment from mail, phone and LinkedIn. It's very easy to use, and it has email automation integrated. Their customer support also is very great! The analytics are simple yet powerful to use and customize. It took me few hours to create and customize my space and still usying it after 3 years. Best CRM ever!

SalesFlare is the best CRM I've ever used. It is really simple to use and has the essential features to bring your Marketing and Sales Team to another level. Workflows helped us to create the perfect alignment between Marketing and Sales and enabled us to achieve great results. And in the end, It has excellent and clear insights. With insights, I can understand better the whole Sales process and improve It day by day.
I don't know; there is not something that I dislike. Some features could be added to help salespeople achieve better results, but I think their competitive advantage is simplicity. So, it's perfect as It is now!
