Very honest, kind, hardworking, dedicated group of people. Very receptive to the customer's needs and open to revising things, taking proper accountability, and developing great software. They are never afraid to take on new tasks to help make their customers more successful, and they share a common desire for mutual success.
I don't have anything negative to say about Sellesta.ai; all the employees are great and a pleasure to work with. I guess if I had to say anything as a con, it is that they are a start-up, so the software isn't 1,000% complete yet, and just as with any other start-up company, things take longer than expected.
They are helping us track our sales and other brands' sales to help us make educated decisions on how to improve our business and track our brand's growth. Also with a multitude of other helpful services.
Sellesta is very easy to use, it put data in one place and offer’s an easy way to look at data in your market on Amazon all in one place. We are able to see things like competitors that are our of stock and how well our products are performing. The best thing is it allows us to clearly see the data in one place and compare. Support is very good and they are always adding new feature
I would like to be able to focus more on comparing our products with others of a similar type rather than the whole market. Maybe with a keyword search function
