once I got a lot of clients, it was hard to follow
keep track of who i met and deals. Streak was really what allowed me to grow as much as I did in my first 2 years of business. I can confidently say if it wasn't for streak, I would have left money on the table
tracking on opens (with location) that has helped me not only to see when prospects see it, but also get an idea if a prospect is a fake (location is a random international place). It is simple and easy to use
I can't see location if someone opens from gmail app on desktop. Also, no tracking once I send it from mobile. Other all good

There are SEVERAL FEATURES in Streak that I really like.: 1) Doing CRM right "inside" of my Gmail and G-Suite email accounts, 2) Easy creation of my own PIPELINE views of contacts with "Box" view and Mass Mail Merge with error detection that allows me to remove problem contacts for nice error-free sends. and 3) view tracking that tells me when and how many times recepient is viewing and opening my send. Nice!
Streak has been late to market with its mobile phone version still in beta.. Also it si not easy to search contact record in desktop version,. Should be a "no-brainer" but they overlooked including a search engine. Its there in mobile beta, but not in desktop.
Increasingly, the more I use it and keep discovering new things about Streak, my life managing communications with people and opportunities keeps getting better and better.
I can't say enough good things about the streak system and the customer support behind it. It is a seamless integration with gmail. It is completely customizable and allows us to utilize the tool however we need to. The ease of adding information into the system is impressive!
Some categories allow for keyboard shortcuts and others do not. I would prefer the feature be available across all categories to make for a seamless user experience.
We've been utilizing Streak to manage our pipeline of applicants.
I've mostly used Streak as a freelance writer, who would apply to 20 jobs a week and had no system for follow-up. Streak made this super easy. After installing Streak on Gmail, I would simply add every application email I sent to a box that would allow me to quickly followup on it a week or so later. I increased my reply rate by doing this, as often people hiring writers will forget to followup. If you want to keep track of emails, this is the best way to do so!

Streak is awesome, it makes it so easy to keep track of all your clients in gmail, you do not need to jump from gmail to CRM to email tracking program. Streak has simplified my life and improved the way I manage my clients through the whole sales cycle.
There is very little I would improve but I do wish the email tracking was more robust and there was a way to manage a multiple email campaign.
Streak has saved me time by displaying all my client information in gmail, it make sit so much easier to take a customer from cold lead to closing the deal and on boarding them.
Editable snippets with shortcuts save me even more time than I thought possible!
Integration with Chrome could be better, but I think that is due to how much Google changes at a whim.
This helps me track email, organize steps in multiple processes, and quickly schedule emails. I have more time to focus on making sales!
I like the pipelines to organize my emails, scheduling emails and reminders to follow up. I also use view and link tracking if an email is urgent. But what I use the most are snippets and the shortcode to the snippets. That saves a TON of time and allows me to send emails that look personalized but take much less time.
Nothing. I don't use Streak too often, but what I've used I've liked. It fits seamlessly into Gmail.
I really like that I can just sort the emails into Boxes and add a pre-typed email template with Snippets. There's even Tasks in case I need to remind myself of anything.

Being able to see where, when and how many times an email was viewed.
There were certain emails where I was not able to track whether or not it was opened, where it was opened, and how many times. But that also could be because the prospect I was emailing had a block on their end.
It has helped me to gauge interest for all of my leads. If I send over a white paper, and see that it has been view 20-30 times, in multiple locations, I know there is interest there. It's a good way to start a call.

I love the organization that it provides. UI is great and integrations into Gmail and others are solid.
Import/export is clunky. Could definitely use a boost to make that simplified.
Cadence in out-bounding. Keeps our team on track and organized to make it effective.
It helps to send emails easily by creating templates and also to track emails if they were viewed by the receiver.
If ever the the receiver viewed email it doesn't show in the view part which is really hard to say if the system tracking properly

Easy to use sales integration with Gmail that allows you to create boxes for each account and monitor the sales pipeline. It's great for a small sales team.
There are some glitches here and there and boxes won't pop up or you can't click through. I would recommend closing out all the taps and restarting the program.

I like how Streak tells you if your email is opened more than once. This tells me that someone may actually be considering my sales outreach versus someone who only opens it once.
I don't like how streak doesn't show you an activity timeline of who is opening your emails. You have to click on each email individually to see the number of times that email was opened. I also don't like how the free Streak subscription only gives you 200 tracked emails. Another feature I would like to see is having a report that shows every email that has not been opened, that way you can easily follow up.
Monitoring open rate helps me determine if my email subjects and message are compelling enough to persuade people to take action. If someone is opening my email often, that means they are seriously considering my message.
Slick integration with gmail, adds eyeball icons next to emails that change to green when viewed. Use it in both my personal and work inbox now!
I don't need the full feature set but that's not really a negative, we're not a sales-driven org but we do user interviews, a bit overly complex for our funnel and stage.

Loved how it was solely available in Gmail. When trying to convince people on your team to use a CRM, it's hard to change habits. But, when it's right in their email, it's a lot easier to get them to log their information.
It wasn't really ready to scale for large volumes. Once we had several thousand contacts/leads/deals, etc., we switched to Hubspot.
