The best feature of Tidio is the way to build chatbots along with all special features it offers. Targeting customers with the right information, in the right time on the right page has never been easier.
Pricing.. For a very small business the chatbot is quite costly. Fairly i have to say, that most competitors are equal. The Windows App sometimes crashes on Windows 10.
We offer services for our customers in which a lot of questions do appear. Even if we answer those questions on our Webpage. Not every Visitor wants to read everything on our website. With the Chatbot we are able to point on specific FAQs and get in Touch with our Customers. Offering a Callback Service and a discount has a valuable effect on our CRO.

There isn't much we don't like yet, most of the features are inline with what we need and more.

It can be a bit pricey especially for stores that are just starting up and its free plan is very limited, but otherwise it is great!
It collects newsletter subscribers without me having to do a thing and gives me the option to provide real-time support to my customers
Usually in the past we had issues with the lack of features on this platform, but after a year they managed to make so many progresses that now is a breeze to use. Integration is easy a flawless, connection is always stable and downtime never happens. Phone notifications are always on point too. But privileges for operators is what got me.
Not having a chat between operators INSIDE the customer's chat, that would be helpfull to have so Senior agents can guide Junior agents on field and solving queries

Generating of leads
I believe every front-end developer can embed tidio within 10 minutes. The UI design is quite impressive, you can also change the color, welcome words, logo and many others. In addition, the customer support is quite friendly. You can always get help from them within minutes.
Currently, not really. I have not tried their robot quite much yet. But it will be better if I can update the "customer supporting logo" to be smaller from tidio rather than CSS by myself.
Customer Supporting! There are many similar platforms but I think tidio provides the best price among them. Tidio provides modern chatting UI by minutes, which makes the "contact us" job easily.

Tidio user interface is one of the most satisfying characteristics it has. The ability features look promising to use, especially its chatbot and live chat.
Till now I haven't had many problems with maneuvering the chatbot, there could be improvements by adding different icons to present the chatbot. Its live chat could have different designs to adjust them to any place on the page.
It's a great way to interact in real-time with fellow clients, we haven't yet implemented it completely but we hope it will be a great feature to resolve issues.
