I like it when time doctor keeps every colleague in my company alert all the time, especially for the remote working companies. It does not allow you to leave your computer for a certain time.

Some other programs like Spotify is needed to be allowed by Time doctor admins in the company, otherwise it keeps giving pop-up alerts when you open another program in your company computer.

Unlike other programs, we do not get much of notifications while using Time Doctor and also it is good that if you forget to start the session, it gives a warning.

The small bar that shows if the session is open or closed can be disabled totally so that you do not need to move it around on the screen while working.

I am using this app with trello integration and noticed some times it take a while to reflect the tasks on TD which I think can be improved

Well, managing someone without wasting time. You will know if they're working or not. You can trace or track them.

It helps me track my employees performance anytime anywhere, and gives me a detailed set of information on every activity. It has a very simplified dashboard experience and has a customer support unlike any competitor.

Sometimes, when I try to install the application on windows the installation often isn't easy. I had to install and uninstall a lot of times. But when I contacted the support they helped me with it easily. Again, amazing support!

In this pandemic it was hard to track employee activity given they worked from home, but time doctor was a very productive tool that helped my company. Infact, even when we were back to offices we kept using Time doctor because it is way too good to track employees.
