It allows us to get answers/feedback based on the questions we ask our customers. We use this form in many different aspects of our business, and it has been instrumental in getting the info we need.
Honestly, I do not have any complaints about using Typeform thus far.

The forms can sometimes take a while to create (when first using the platform), but they do an excellent job of providing support/tutorials.

The tool has an incredibly intuitive interface, so you can quickly get onboarded and start creating surveys and collecting responses. There are theming options to create a customized look for your survey or questionnaire. Also the feature to have various journeys for responders and based on their replies lead them in a different direction of the survey is a game-changer!
I wouldn't say there is anything I dislike about the app. It serves its purpose, is quick and easy, and delivers a professional-looking survey.
Up until purchasing Typeform, we were doing customer satisfaction surveys with Google Forms. Typeform gives us the option to customize the surveys and look professional while collecting responses.
I use typeform to collect product reviews and learn about user experience. It works well, is very easy to set up, and makes analyzing and visualizing the data easy.
Honestly, it's great! My only complaint is minor. I wish that you could divide responses by date collected more easily in the data summary. This would allow me to more easily analyze how reviews have changed after launching new product features.

I like the ease of setup, the ease of creating surveys, and the ease of getting them out to customers.
I wish Typeform had a better support team (able to speak to on the phone), or a team that would create surveys for you.
The problem I am solving with Typeform is low website conversion rate. We embedded a survey on our website that collects user data outside of the traditional "contact us" inquiry.

Nothing at all, I just wish if we had the option to embed a google-maps integration where clients could drop a pin on their exact location.
Getting responses from clients was never this easy, and the compliments we get from the design that we were able to create with Typeform is just the cherry on top of the cake.
The forms are easy to build and the user interface is very friendly all my clients are happy when filling out the form.
Not sure I have a dislike just that there would be more offering in the free plan, but I got the paid version. Really Awesome.

It's easy to use with a great design. Its ability to connect to Google Sheets is very beneficial. The metrics it provides are helpful, just like it would when using Google Forms. The difference between this and Google forms is that it offers a more conversational flow to giving feedback, which is more inviting to the customer.
The free account is really limiting for its number of questions. Especially when you want to go out to only a few customers, but you need to input many questions, it's not very convenient to be required to pay, which makes Google Forms a better choice for our organization most of the time.
We are getting in-depth feedback from Customers on their journey with our product. We do interview-like feedback requests, so Typeform offers the perfect solution for that.

We are creating an interactive survey for our customers to use while they are in our store. We hope that it will keep them more engaged for a longer time in our stores.
Not only have we been able to use Typeform as a basic form creation tool (such as "contact us" forms), but the flexibility of the design and all of the logic options has allowed us to build an entire LMS.
I wish there was greater control of design. Even though the templates are attractive, there's too much white space. Sometimes, I would really like a more compact design that shows multiple questions all at once, but Typeform ONLY allows one question per screen view.
We have hundreds of learning activities with videos, and we use Typeform for everything. Quizzes, training, project set-up, everything. The results are all automatically exported to Google (Google Sheets and Google Docs), and we use their API to integrate the responses into our own proprietary system.
