It's easy to upload and manage video content, password protect things to share only w/ certain customers, and I appreciate built-in features such as caption ordering.

Certain features are buried in strange menus, e.g., disable comments on videos.

It's great to have all company video content on a single platform (not spread around various youtube acounts) and maintain the control over managing them.

Wistia integrates well with MAPs allowing marketing to score those who watch the content, it has a great feature where you can pull out those who watched over or under a specific percentage of a piece of content. This allows for a more tailored nurturing program based on what information the contact engaged with. Although not used by us at this time, it has a good gated feature that is interesting for social media, allowing you to post a gated recording that plays for a set amount of time before asking the viewer to fill in the form to watch the rest.

At first glance the platform looks very plain and straightforward, however, when you actually start using it, that's not really the case. It doesn't feel very intuitive, which makes the experience a bit clunky feeling when using it. For those who are simply viewing the platform and the content available it's not a problem, this is more specific to those uploading and preparing videos for use.

Again, Wistia integrates with our marketing automation platform well allowing my team to measure how much of a video is watched, score contacts on the percentage and send them into the right nurture flow that caters to the information they have been provided.

I like how Wistia provides a one-stop-shop for video hosting and analytics. I literally don't need anything else on top. The edit features are nice but I personally never used them.

The menus and the UI in general, could use some work to make it more intuitive and feel more modern.

Wistia is really easy to use. The interface is very intuitive and they make things very clear, yet useful. I was able to dive into the application right away and get value from it. It's also very easy to share content from Wistia.

Wistia is first of all a great place to host content. The ability to export and share content with a few clicks of the button is super useful. Not to mention the ability to customize links.

Wistia is easy to use, visually/aesthetically appealing, and is a video platform with which we feel confident sharing content with our clients and general audience. There's control in terms of applying our own branding to our content and gaining insight into our video marketing strategy.

I would have loved to use Wistia as an evergreen webinar solution. It has potential with its new live option, but it is not quite there.

Some accessibility issues that you can't control on the front & backend of the iframe. Have to declare this as a '3rd party' provider when running an accessibility audit.

Wistia has a very immediate level of response for technical support, I would highly recommend it.

Some updates, the limit of comments, the limit of people for groups.You can no longer see the number of comments as direct information in the video, you have to enter the video to see if it has comments.

It has helped us with the issue of comments, which in the end was a little difficult because it was something that complicated us. It has also helped us on several occasions to recover courses that we have accidentally deleted.

The ability to create multiple projects and channels really helps with managing content.

Being able to put all of my training materials/videos in one place for my clients to access.

How long it takes to replace media (videos) and how it lacks updating the thumbnail videos to the current video that it is showing. I've replaced the video weekly and I still see the original video on my end. However when I play it on the website it shows what I currently uploaded. It's annoying to see because it causes a lot of confusion.

It allows me to organize and categorize the different training topics in separate Wistia channels. It makes it easier for my clients to access the videos and watch them on their own time. Having to send large files in a downloadable format was really difficult in the past

It's really easy to upload videos and get metrics on number of views, percentage viewed, and areas where the views are coming from.

I haven't really dug into the more advanced features of the platform but I wish it had more suggestion capabilities (if you like this video, you might enjoy this video / piece of content).

We're using Wistia to add video to our marketing efforts. We use it for hosting on demand webinars. It's really easy to capture signups through the Wistia form, and sync them to Marketo which has made my life easier. Our videos are pretty high conversion assets, so I'm happy to have a simple solution like Wistia.

Wistia offers great functionality in regards to tracking, adding in-video call to action links and gating views. The video channel feature is really useful.

Soapbox integration is helpful and makes recording videos easy. Chapters is another favorite feature.

With so many videos, it's hard to keep organized sometimes. Would love to be able to archive videos and have a better way to search and find what I'm looking for.
