I think that WPForms is the best form plugin for Wordpress. We use generally lead generation and contact forms in our website via WPForms. In addition to this, we can manage the entries from the forms easily. Thank you WPForms. :)

For now, there is no negative side for us.

WP Forms interacts with Zapier when the form is first submitted, but does not have interaction with Zapier when form is updated in the admin. Not a dealbreaker for us but it'd be nice. For example: Send a Twilio text via Zapier when form is submitted, then send an updated text via Zapier>Twilio when the form is Updated by the Admin.

This error is annoying: Could not install the addon. Please download it from wpforms.com and install it manually.

I believe there needs to be the ability to brand a form with the site logo.

WPForms is very customer focused. They make it all straight forward and the UI is great.

hmmmm... Downsides to using WPForms are maybe that there are too many templates that are similar, so makes it a bit difficult to differentiate between multiple ones.

It's helping me with orders and gathering emails from current customers and future ones!
