Dashboard feature, Ticketing system and sub-task, Timer, and text/URL wrapping are perfect. UI is very user-friendly. The tagging system is also great. Last but not least is the tickbox feature which helps a lot while performing certain tasks and sub-tasks.
Never faced any downside regarding wrike during my work hours, not much there to dislike. The only addon would be appreciated if they added a gif option support for asset sharing
Wrike is helping to solve my tasks in an organized manner by keeping the history intact and the team dashboard in a much more convenient manner helping me to communicate and solve my problems on the same platform
Extremely powerful - we track multiple teams, projects, PTO, and more all in Wrike. It keeps everything working smoothly and we always can keep a good eye on ensuring we have available resources for projects and that tasks are moving along. The integrations (thanks Zapier) make it even better, and Wrike has become the source of truth for multiple aspects of our business.
It can be intimidating and overly complex at first. Sometimes it feels like Wrike does too much, but once you get used to it it's really great. Their agile workflow side of things could use some more polishing.
We track employee and contractor availability, project tasks, and more all within Wrike. This makes project management really easy. We also use Wrike to schedule recurring tasks, which means set it and forget it and people get reminders when these tasks need to happen.
Wrike makes managing projects a breeze with easy navigation, multiple interaction/view options for personal preference, and tools to clearly define roles and expectations.
The included reporting feature is pretty great, but it can sometimes be limited in functionality. Luckily you can export the reports to Excel to further modify and drill down as needed.
Wrike is preventing potential burnout with our designers. With the use of the workload chart, we can see each designer's current workload and adjust projects so that the work is balanced between designers. We can also look ahead and forecast future work to better prepare for any bottlenecks.
The organization and the easy way that is the platform
At this time I don't have anything that I don't like. Probably a language tool.
Keeping track of a work order and the way the platform envolve the team.
The ease of all communicaton is very helpful when needing to keep everyone on the same page.
It can be a bit frustrating when trying to complete a task or update said task that doesn't exist anymore.
Wrike is helping Blooming Desert solve some critical accountability concerns.
File Management, new version, easy to use
No training materials, issues in adding table into the description
Helping us in issue sales quotation and to have all the sales quotation in one place with multiple versions
Wrike is great for timekeeping and gathering detailed reports of work done! Also easy for team members to be able to see the status of projects.
Nothing currently that I disklike and the team seems to enjoy the platform as well.
Time tracking on projects for all employees.
I loved how organized everything was, specifically the due dates as well as how to upload and re-assign tasks.
I do not like how some things disappear after uploading. I have to do some searching to find it again. I would also suggest a space where files can be uploaded rather than just one file.
I feel the team atmosphere is been a continuous problem solving that I have noticed while I have been working.
Ease of use with timely notifications and easy to define workflows
Nothing comes to mind as of now. So all good.
Wrike helps various teams collaborate and let us focus on the task at hand
Seamless experience, easy follow-ups and communication
An additional tool to use that requires learning curve.
