We are using Zoho One platform, and Cliq is a part of the suite. The chat widget is embedded in all of the Zoho products so even if I am using CRM or projects - I can still quickly access the chat without navigating to another window.
Zoho Cliq has basically replaced email and slack for us. The user interface is good and the software is fast as well. Feels really easy to communicate through Cliq.

The real-time messaging is seamless no matter what device you use. The mobile application is very responsive as well. We also needed some help setting up and the Zoho staff were very friendly and professional.
The interface is definitely not as clean as Slack. It also looks like a Slack knock-off, which I'm not complaining about but looks like a lack of creativity, Other than that, everything is great!
