I love how I can efficiently create applications and intake forms for my clients and customers. They have the necessary fields for everything, phone number, multiple-choice, checkboxes, and so much more. I also can view partially saved forms and still reach out to customers.

Nothing that I can think of. Integration to the other platforms can be more manageable.

It has made the application process for my potential clients and employees easy. I can access all information about each individual in one place.

I like best that Zoho Forms simplified data collection - I can embed the form code on my website and collect feedback in en easy and convenient way.

I am not fond of the original design of online forms.

Zoho Pages offers a great deal of flexibility, making it easy to create custom pages and sections that provide a pleasant user experience. It also integrates seamlessly with other Zoho products, and the interface is extremely user-friendly. One of the most useful features is the ability to set rules to display and hide fields, which can help to optimize the look and feel of your pages for different users. Additionally, the ability to duplicate variables and use them on other pages and forms can save you a lot of time and effort.

More tools, more functions. Would be great to have a sliding currency. Have a signature form as well, similar to Zoho sign. Also, more flexibility to have side by side fields. Example... Sometimes want different drop downs, side by side, not on top. Just a thought... Also, allow the user to create custom variables that sit on the side to reuse in different sections of the form.

Having the ability to have user directly input data directly into Zoho, or create a spreadsheet from the inputted data. Give me the ability to put link on website and have users never know this is built outside the site. Instead of a section, maybe a line variable that lets me split the sections using a line horizontally through the form. Some other benefits are mobile access.

I love it’s flexibility and freedom of use. It is capable of optimization for what you need and can right size for the project at hand.

I wish it had some additional integrations. Need to use a third party software to connect to another mail service.

Outdated Templates! Limited Payment Gateway Integrations! Lacking 3rd party integrations (Outside Zoho, like Zapier)!

We have been using zoho inside our organisation for years now! We have a client who are an educational establishment they have different needs but most of them can be just solved with the help of a powerful form builder. When we realised that there are two form builders that came to our mind one is JotForm and the other one is Zoho Form Builder! Basically, we don't want to cut the cost here because the form builder has to be capable of doing some extraordinary things for our client, because they may be having a future expansion ideas. With the much advanced features offered by Zoho Form Builder, and even more affordable than the JotForm we just gone with Zoho Form Builder and ye we have never felt bad for picking up the Zoho Forms! We have set up a lot of Page Rules, Field Rules, Data Validation of the respective fields for future use cases! And yeah! Everything just works flawlessly!

The zoho forms really helped me a loot in making great sales and it saves my time the most helpful thing i found in zoho forms is that it allows you to add image of the product in forms that makes very easy for our customer to select its desired product

What we like most about Zoho Forms is its great power to integrate well with Zoho products, Salesforce and Google applications. It also offers native applications for iOS and Android devices that have allowed me to create forms and collect data directly from my mobile device and the best thing is that it works offline. I love how easy it is not only to start creating online forms, but also how simple it is to manage and expand those forms for anyone, even those with experience in website development. I use this system for clients who need to manage their own forms, or clients who use their forms for more than just contacting people, such as e-commerce or dating.

The only thing I do not like about this system is how things can be expensive once you get over the free version. There is a huge gap between the free version and the first paid version, not only in the number of monthly shipments, but also the price is a bit high. Zoho Forms is an amazing way to give a customer or company control over their contact forms and comments, apart from allowing me to use forms for simple purchases and for collection of payments. Anything we can do to save our boys' time, ultimately, benefits everyone. We are delighted with Zoho Forms: it is easy to configure new forms and start using them immediately. The most important thing was the help we received from zoho Forms of support when we wanted to add some features that were a bit more complex than normal. Manish did everything possible to help us get the form exactly as we wanted it.

Zoho forms is helping me to create efficient forms to be used by the employees of my company. Also, I It gives the benefit of using unique fields that are not available in any other free platform solution. My favorites of these are: the progress bar that can be dragged, the Matrix Choice, offers the possibility of very complex answers, load image, the integration of forms is insurmountable. It includes the integration of Google Sheets and Zapier. I use Zoho forms to help me collect and data in the field, without having to use paperwork and data entry personnel. It also allows me to synchronize my work online once the Internet connection is restored allows me to use this application, especially with the nature of this application. I checked other software and only a few have this feature.

The most helpfull thing i notced about zoho forms us that it gives you the option of adding images to your from. We used thatbin our order forms and the result ia supreb.

Some time when my customer open the link through facebook the link does't open proprely.
