Zoho Mail is one of the best. The best thing about Zoho Mail is that it is free. But the features and functionalities are not limited even if it is free service from Zoho. Our company name or brand name is shown on our email address. The spam filter works great. There are other functionalities that are very functional and work perfectly.
Sorry, but until now I don't see any downside to my use of Zoho Mail. Despite it being free, the application works fantastic for me.
Zoho Mail is my new email application. Since it was introduced to us, I have been using it. It is very helpful for us since it carries our brand name and company name, so people give us best regard when we email them, they treat us well and don't see us just anybody. That is because of our email address being not just any free, generic brand. Zoho Mail is a great application for me because it is available online thru any browser, whether I use my own laptop, desktop or even someone else's computer, I can get access to my email securely. I can even access it on my mobile phone since they have mobile application and it works flawlessly. I don't worry much about spam emails, because Zoho Mail filters them very well. And the most effective other functionality is the capability to tag someone in the same department or company, using the same thread, I can just quickly tag someone like a quick chat but on email, instead of being so formal. It is fast, quick and easy!

There are not many things I can think but still if I can answer than it would be the setup and layout.
Cost effective and ease of use.
Its hardly $1 per month per business user email id address and also the storage space provided is more than enough.
The setup is a pain and the user experience is a bit different from other email providers.

Zoho Mail is the best for so many reasons but the big ones are the following. Zoho Mail is free. Though they have paid service but I am getting the free one yet it has the best features. With Zoho Mail, my email address is not just any generic yahoo or gmail, but it carries the name of our brand. Zoho Mail is available online thru a browser and also thru an application. There are additional features builtin inside the application such as notes, calendars and other which are very helpful and handy anytime I need them. And I can chat with other folks as well inside the email application, love it!
I can't say any downside about Zoho Mail, it works as intended and does even more for me.
Zoho Mail helps me in so many ways. The most important is about saving money. I don't have to pay for it just to use it. Also it is connected to our brand name so it is business oriented and people don't see us just any ordinary business, though we are just a small one. It is very professional. Just like most providers nowadays, it is also available online and on application even though I am using a free service. So I can get access to my email, read emails, compose and reply even on the go with the use of my mobile phone.

Sometimes mails from zoho are blacklisted by other mail services what prejudice the reception of mail messages.

Zoho Mail is a great email application that allows us to use our own brand name or website name, so it is very professional. The best thing about Zoho Mail that I love the most is that it is free. Even though it is free, I still get to enjoy other features like what i mentioned above that I get to use our own website name attached to my email, so I leveled up. It is within the Zoho environment so no more many login credentials to memorize, just one only. There is tagging option, so if I am emailing someone internally, using the same domain name or website name, inside the email thread I can just tag him or her and we get to email/chat right away, quickly, no more very formal writing.
Sad to say there is nothing that I like about Zoho Mail, I just simply love it. What can i say?
Zoho Mail is a big help for us who wants to level up and be seen as professional. Being able to use own brand name is a big leap. It is secured, in fact the spam mailbox is so tight that even friends who sends email for the first time using generic or non business oriented email address get to spam heheh. The main selling point of Zoho Mail for me is the fact that it is free yet allows me to use own brand name attached to our email is simply awesome. My business potential clients and existing clients sees me as not just any ordinary person but with high level of attribution.
Zoho Mail is the best! First thing first, with Zoho Mail, you can link your own domain name. Second, they offer website interface and mobile application to get access to your email. 3rd, you can get their service for free!
The only downside that I don't like but I think I dont have the right to complain about though is the fact that they limit only up to 5 users for free service. But, again, I am not complaining, just don't like it. Hope it can be increased.
Zoho Mail is simple awesome help for me who has low budget but need to appear professional to others. With Zoho Mail, the answer has been found because my brand is connected to my email. If you already have a domain name, link it, so you can have a professional or business oriented email and would look more professional and high level towards your business partners, clients, customers and even prospect clients and customer. Also since they have website and mobile application, I never miss a single important email, whether I am at home, in the office or even on the road with just my phone.
