Leads can be imported easily from PC (as Csv file) and can be generated easily using signup forms, integrating it with Eventbrite, tracking webinar registration using GoToWebinar. Additionally, provide a funnel builder under "Journeys" tab. So, there is no need to spend extra dollars on other software, such as clickfunnel.com.
The signup form templates are not good enough. No free software version is provided like other competitor software such as HubSpot.
I spent a lot on Facebook ads but did not have any funnel to create a gerney for my customers. Zoho marketing not only provides me with easy software to create a funnel but also helps me save extra dollars I think to spend on different software.
I mainly use this for social media marketing - the monitoring and scheduling feature is very helpful for us. Previously, I used Hootsuite and Sprout Social, this is on par.
The support is not great, and the self help section takes a long time to search for the query.
Marketing automation is required for every business - specially for startups. If you are on a budget but want all marketing automation features without breaking the bank, go for this.
I like that Zoho is made by professionals who understand what they are doing. They can predict all business processes which can be on the way.
It's too complicated for me. If I am running a small business, I do not need all those features that they have
I was trying to Automatization my Abdoned cart from my webstore, and it was so complicated. Before, I used other services, and I knew how easy it could be.
It's simple to use, user friendly and easy to use.
There wasnt anything to dislike about the service as we just needed a basic service from zoho and it met our requirements
We were looking for an automated email responder. The benefits allowed us to send required emails to our students.
The administration of the interface is the best that the tool has

I'm using Zoho for a very long time. So, I'm one of their old customers. The ease of setup, access and multiple features makes them great. Also the simply and budget-friendly pricing makes me happy.
The thing I dislike the navigation to different options. Sometimes I can't find what I'm looking for.

It does have plethora of advanced features that make us loyal for Zoho MarketingHub since last couple of months, such as easy integration with numerous apps, customer journey tracking, online surveys, customer data management, quick data filtration, and a lot more features which helps our business to go in the right direction.
Well, overall it does not have any major issues, but some minor issue that we dislike includes having not detailed documentation, fields limitation, glitches while working with huge data, and lack of regular updates to fix the bugs sometime make it really worse. It does have compatibility issues with Mac, some features are not working properly until you install additional app.
Worked on automation of lead integration, managed all customer campaigns in a very organized way directly in CRM easily, it really helped us to track all communication between customers, reduced our cost, time, and improved performance with timely analytics, so we can also plan our all new strategies with current market situation.
I like the different tools it incorporates. From the support tickets to the automated chats, it offers a lot of value!
It doesn’t work the best with Safari. Certain elements work better on Chrome. For instance, Zoho sales IQ isn’t the best with safari unless you download the app.
It’s really useful for marketing and support. It’s helpful to track communications between customers.
