The pricing was the best quality about the product.
Breakout rooms were not an available feature. I was disappointed.
I'm not currently using Zoho Meeting because it lacks features I need for the work that I do.
What I like about Zoho Meetings is that you can see a message informing you that the host has not started the meeting. The big squares to see your team is great as well.
Zoho meeting is very simple. Very old stylish and not very user-friendly.

I hate the fact that my team members can't join a meeting unless I start the meeting. No option to allow your org team members to join and start the meeting before you.
Joining meeting and meeting reliable
At first, when we used the free webinar version, we were happy with ZOHO. We thought the lack of features were because we were using the free version. When we moved to the paid version, we soon realised that the simple basic features needed for a professional webinar is simply not available.
Basic webinar features are simply not available: -Co-presenters not able to see each other during webinar. As a co-presenter, you can only see yourself in the video block. Therefore, although the attendees can see when different co-presenters speak (video switch between speakers), the speakers themselves cannot see this. -Unable to show multiple speakers. Also, attendees cannot see mutiple co-presenters, since only one video block is available. Therefore, it is basically impossible to host a panel like webinar. -Linking computer sound to webinar. Unlike Zoom, you cannot broadcast your computer sound through ZOHO Webinar. Therefore, when you are truing to show a video on your screen during the webinar, the attendees cannot hear the video. -Private messages. The host or co-presenters cannot send private messages directly to attendees. For example, if an attendee has not connected to computer audio, you cannot send a message to them to ask to connect. The only way you can send a message is when an attendee sends a message to you first, then only can you respond. -Waiting room. Possible to worst part of ZOHO webinars is that there is no waiting room for attendees. Therefore, if the co-organisers log in early to test and get ready for the webinar, attendees can log in immediately, causing the most embarrassing situation where co-hosts are still trying the get the technical stuff sorted and attendees can see and hear everything.
We are hosting a full month of webinars - 17 in total. It has been a mess from the first due ti the lack of functionalities. In fact, today's one was so bad that we had to move it to Zoom in the middle. So embarrassing.
In theory the email flow looks good but it actually doesn't work. Scheduled thank you and follow up emails never went out. In theory it's pretty easy to set up the webinar and the emails but if neither the webinar or email flow works then it doesn't really help.
Tried the webinar with around 10 people and it worked. However when our real webinar started then everything stopped working. At around 30 people the video didn't work, then more people joined and mic didn't work, then nothing worked anymore. Had to move everybody over to google hangouts where everything worked fine. To top it off we wanted to use the email automation to send out apologies and a link to the recording (google hangouts recordings include both video and screenshare, zoho ones only include screenshare) then the emails didn't work either.
Zoho meeting created additional problems without solving anything.
Price for multiple services . I do not expect to find a platform that offers this large amount of services at this price

Similar to Google Meet, Zoho Meeting also needs a strong internet connection to work properly. This is the only point where Zoom will take over.

Not enough storage space is available, so I have to clear it more than I would like to.
The simple way it allows me to schedule the meeting of our consultation and provide a recording for the client. It has saved many hours that used to be spent trying to email large files.

I was trying to use Zoho Bookings, but it just wasn't working the way I needed it to. I put in a support ticket, and Zoho came back with the perfect solution, Zoho Webinars. Zoho Listens...
Not a thing. The interface is very intuitive, and their support is outstanding.
Webinars was what I needed. Zoho Listened and pointed me in the right direction.
I like being able to run a webinar so easily. Zoho allows me to set up the parameters of the webinar including an invitation, registration form, and thank you email at the end of the webinar. I especially appreciate the custom branding abilities. Overall, the added features a level of professionalism to my business that I can't easily achieve with screen share software alone.
I don't have any complaints. Everything works as it should.
When I started offering webinars I scheduled them through my regular zoom account. I tried to collect signups using a google form and found it very tedious. I love the fact that I only need to email an invitation with a sign up link to my customers and Zoho Meeting takes care of the rest. I like that reminder emails are sent to attendees prior to the webinar. I also appreciate the attendee and sign up list that I can access.
I love the customizability and flexibility when setting up webinars - for example pre-selecting questions to ask your audience and managing the communications they receive after signup and after the meeting.
So far, the only thing I think could be improved on is the speaker's view. For example when you are hosting a webinar it can be a bit distracting to see all the participants as they enter the room.
I am hosting online webinars weekly as a teacher (in training). I love that Zoho makes it easy to interact with my community right from within the platform as well as within the meeting.
I like how you can message while being on a video call simultaneously.
I dont like how you have to pay to use the website after the free trial.
My problem is I am grounded, so I am now using these zoho meetings to video call with my friends.
It could count the minutes of the meeting. I liked that I could record the session.

Team and vendor integration
Zoho Meeting is very easy to set up and get started with. The UI is very intuitive and it didn't take long before I became comfortable with the platform. This is a great alternative to Zoom, in my opinion, because I can choose a smaller, less-expensive plan if I only have a handful of people.
Zoho Meeting may not have some of the bells and whistles some of the competing products do in their market, but I trust the Zoho brand. I've tried a few of the other Zoom alternatives and the whole system went down for maintenance a few minutes before my meeting (and didn't come back until several hours later!)
Zoho Meeting allows me to meet with groups of clients without them having to download and install any software. Also, I can start a meeting immediately without having to "build it" inside the scheduler first. I can just create a link quickly and send it to someone... and we'll be in a meeting right away.
