que es lo que mas te gusta de Zoho People?

Zoho People is the best human talent manager I know, in fact the only one so efficient. As an employee I can have an estimate of when my vacation days will be and also my days off per month, since the application has a work calendar that organizes the days off of each employee. I also like that I can self-manage my data and add the hours I have worked, the hours I am absent and the reason for such absence. With Zoho People I've been able to increase my work productivity and have my superiors see and appreciate my performance. This tool is very useful for company managers because the same application generates the productivity graphs for each user and allows them to build modules and formulas to perform calculations and optimize processes within the company.

I have no disagreement with Zoho People, it's one of the best applications I have on my smartphone and one of the best tools of its kind.

As an employee of a large company this tool has meant a lot to me, so it has helped me a lot. Thanks to Zoho People I was able to charge hours that were being allocated to me as non-working hours and I had actually worked them. Thanks to the new and innovative system of this platform, I was able to demonstrate how many hours I was investing in my work and the high scale of productivity that I was performing. I also find it very helpful that through a mobile application I can have all my work performance at my fingertips and the best thing is that it works for both iOS and Android.

Zoho People is the best human talent manager I could find for my company. I love company calendars, because that way everyone knows when their vacation is due, and no one has to organize and keep an eye on the employees' vacations. In addition, employees can self-manage their data and the days off they are entitled to, they also mark the days they have worked and those they have not. It also allows you to customize the forms depending on the needs of the company. I also like the option of being able to monitor employee work performance. With Zoho People this is extremely easy, since with a simple check-in or check-out system with personalized configuration you can keep track of who has worked a full day, who has had to take time off, and their respective shift details. I love that the mobile version of this tool is compatible with both Android and iOS, so employees have no problem having it on their mobile devices, so there is no misunderstanding among employees.

What I like best about this application is that employees can self-manage their own HR data through pre-set parameters. It is a dynamic platform and very easy to use it is almost intuitive. With Zoho People it is much easier to analyze the pattern of employee absence and calculate both days off and vacation, it is also much easier to instantly see if an employee can go on vacation on the date requested without interfering with another member of the same work department and the best thing is that everything can be viewed through a departmental work calendar to which each employee has access and thus avoid any conflicts between employees. At the same time you can check the work performance of each employee through statistical tables. This tool also allows me to personalize the questionnaires so that I can ask exact questions with reference to the company's guidelines. Finally, one of the things I like the most is that it also has a mobile application that works in both iOS and Android and this allows me to keep track of the information from anywhere and anytime I am.

There is nothing about this tool that I do not like, it is the best solution I have found for human resources management.

Simple UI & great Backend process as the creation of database is quite easy. the hr work becomes easy to access. the best of zoho is customization of Organisation Tree is awesome. emails are sent very quick. The Design & model is efficient and it also automation are available.

The disadvantage of this application is that it is a bit expensive. the dashboard could be more attractive & appealing. It should have more customization of layouts or views.

Keeping track of employees in a small business is a pain which has been overcomes by Zoho People. maintaing books excel files & keeing track for employees has been reduced. the price at which it is designed its perfect for small & mid size of organisations.

As we know zoho people plays a vital role in maintaing the management in the company as well as helps the HR to use it in various events. though there is a drawback in zoho people that it confuses the new user. it is very difficult to make a software normal to use as per the company. there are so many features and clause in it which makes it some what rigid.

I like Zoho People for being easy to use and have great scope in personnel management, which is my work environment; It really is very useful for me to control everything related to employee time such as: assistance, time of entry and exit, scheduling work shifts and checking the overall performance of the company.

The disadvantage of this application is that it is a bit expensive and the trial period was only 15 days.

Zoho people helped me to control the time of entry and exit of employees under my charge, which allowed me to have greater work performance, because since it began to implement this software employees enter and leave at the appropriate time, working full time and producing to the maximum, something that was not like that when we did not have Zoho people.

It's a very easy to use tool that is economical & easy to implement. The app is great & the ability to apply for leave on the go is great. Filling up of time sheets is a breeze and small features like coping the previous days logs really helps when you are in a hurry. Organization charts are very helpful when you need it & it is laid out pretty well for you to see.

¿Qué es lo que no te gusta de Zoho People?

The dash board could have been a bit more appealing & doesn't stand out. It should have been more customizable so you could set what you want to see first rather than the fixed layout.

The problem of filling time sheets & tracking the hours people spend on projects. Being able to see how much time was spent on a particular job or a particular project solves the issue of allocation of resources & utilization of them.
